Value for money all-inclusive family vacation

Pros: Spacious rooms, all inclusive, helpful chef at restaurant, nice warm pool, access to nice beach and waterpark (with food in both places included), value for money

Cons: Language barrier, housekeeping on some days was inconsistent (water in rooms not refilled even after phoning reception, same for change of towels)

The cozy hotel with its own soul

Pros: The great hotel! Very comfortable, clean and cozy. Very big and comfortable room with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and spacious terrace. Fresh and delicious food. Many thanks to all the staff, especially for barman Ali and animation team: Zlata, Mikkie, Jan, Bob - you all are wonderful, many thanks for your attention, we are missing you) 💞 Hope to repeat the visit!

Pros: The staff there is really friendly and helpful starting with the reception, the animation team and the bar and restaurant staff , the rooms are spacious and good for families It's a quiet hotel

Pros: The place is very peaceful and atmospheric, with warm, clean, and beautiful water in the pool. There are only a few people, and everything around is very clean. The main highlight of the hotel is the wonderful staff.

Pros: First off all the staff are friendly and helpful. Starting with Mahmoud Abdelaziz (who was actually in leave but still managed to accommodate our requests) and Gharib at the Front office. The restaurant staff who were eager and friendly. And of course Mahmoud on the pool with Abdo are amazing and the whole family loved to interact with them. The facilities are clean, the food is great, the rooms are spacious. We are definitely coming back soon isA.
