Pros: We had a wonderful stay in Iberotel. The room was clean,comfortable and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful, special thanks to the reception team and the housekeeping staff in Block 9, who have made my stay even more pleasant. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. I believe I’ve gained weight because I enjoyed it very much.
Cons: The tennis court management was a disappointment. As a tennis enthusiast, the two clay courts advertised as free access were actually the main reason I chose this hotel. However, the courts were always somehow fully booked, and only night slots were available with an extra charge. The price of a training session is not transparent, and according to the coach, only cash accepted. I would have felt more comfortable with a clear price list of training sessions and charge the fee to my room so I can pay by card. That said, the coach was skilled - better than what I usually find at most resorts.

Pros: This hotel was beyond lovely! The staff were AMAZING, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The stay in our room was comfy and always had new towels and clean bedsheets, not a single dust found in sight. The ocean was not rocky at all and had a good time limit, as for the pool it was huge. The food was a 50/50 some things were good and some things were not so good. Thank you for the amazing and above and beyond stay, I would definitely recommend it and would come back everytime!
Cons: Nothing was too bad but I would recommend for the hotel to display more foods for the buffet and not random things that don't go together.

Pros: The welcome and the service were awesome starts by the reception Mr. Amr Gamal who was very helpful and fully understand our need and same was by everyone working there The kids club activities were amazing, our girl 5 years enjoyed it a lot! So thanks to Mrs. Aya 👌 Finally i would recommend the hotel as perfect destination for those who are seeking a relaxing holiday with premium service and quality.

The perfect stay at the Red Sea
Pros: The staff are truly the best part of this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by incredibly friendly people at every corner. Mr. AbdulSattar (Assistant Manager) and Chef Mohamed Gomaa at the restaurant went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, constantly checking in to see if we needed anything. At the pool restaurant, Mustafa and Mohamed and the other guys were wonderful, as were Mohamed and Amr at the main restaurant. Hamdi at the beach and Mickey from the animation team also stood out. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a hotel where I remembered so many staff members by name, that says a lot about how special they are. The facilities are excellent, and the food is some of the tastiest I’ve ever had at an all-inclusive hotel. It was truly an amazing stay, and we will definitely be coming back, inshallah.

perfect vacation
Pros: Had such a great stay here! The staff were super friendly and helpful specially Mr. Mina Magdy, Mr. Ahmed, and Mr. Khaled in reception were a great help for us. Service and facilities were perfect. Room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options. Definitely would stay again!

A peaceful, happy and relaxing vacation
Pros: It was a great experience for us. The hotel is very peaceful, calm and the cuisine is successful. The hotel's beach is beautiful. The sea is clean, calm, and warm. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Especially Amr and Khair at the front desk listened to us with their solution-oriented approach and tried to solve our problems immediately. Mahmoud at the pool restaurant was very kind and helpful. I really thank them very much. It is a hotel I will prefer again next year.
Cons: The only problem with the hotel is that they are very focused on German guests and they are surprised to see people from other nationalities. I recommend them to switch to a more multinational understanding.

Pros: Everything is more than perfect. All staff doing their best to make you happy. Special thanks to Mahomoud at the reception for upgrading our room. Dining was a wonderful experience. Chef Mohamed Taha is the best. All the staff in restaurants and bars show high hospitality level. Of course we ll come back again

Pros: Beautiful coral reefs in front of the hotel. Very nice plants
Cons: Message to the management: engage a mystery shopper agency to analyze your service procedures, there are a lot of backlogs on almost every position or step. Train your staff on procedures. Literally on every step personnel is either slow, or doesn’t understand, you wait for a service and then 4 people are providing you with the same feature after waiting for a while.
