Xanadu Makadi Bay - High Class All Inclusive

Loved this hotel, was stunning and great facilities.

Pros: Food and facilities were excellent, and the setting stunning. Huge choice, water park is great.

Cons: Nothing. I would go back without doubt.

Pros: The most impressive was the staff… absolutely friendly, very engaged, always helpful and full of smile! Everything was ready to make our stay easy and chill (even with a small baby)

Cons: I think we liked everything !

Pros: The room has everything I needed, and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast buffet had good options. Hotel hoppa stop is right in front of the hotel, and there are two shuttles running every 30 minutes each.

Pros: We stayed with are kids in the main building with to connected rooms wish was perfect! Tip ask for the sunny side so you have sun on your terrace. Strong points of the hotel: - amazing swimming pools with lots of sun beds and towels - all drinks come out bottles even when making coffee - great staff willing to help - food for big hotel high standard

Cons: If you have European 5 star standards in mind you can be disappointed. The hotel is new but buildings/ aqua park was previously an old hotel which you can see in old furniture design but all is clean and the team is maintaining it very well. The mainbuilding buffet restaurant is big and very noisy but there is always place and more than enough food! Coffee can be much improved as machines are slow and non consistent quality Increase focus on ecology would be nice: soap dispensers , paper straws instead of plastic, … some small ideas for improvement Gym in nice but hygiene can be better also some running machines were out of use.. this is not due to staff more due to guest who don’t clean after use

Overall, we had a pleasant stay with great staff and facilities, despite a few inconveniences.

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good variety of food available at different times throughout most of the day. The room was always clean, and there were lots of facilities. The animation team were very active, and I liked the idea of having competitions in different activities.

Cons: Our room was far from the restaurant and facilities, so we had to walk a lot. Club cars were only available from specific points, and they should also be available closer to the rooms. The table tennis area near the gym needs better lighting. There was only one heated swimming pool; the main swimming pool should also be heated, as this would make it more enjoyable in different seasons. We were also surprised that the seafood restaurant now has an extra charge, as it used to be free of charge in the past.

Pros: Amazing beach and underwater, very polite and kind people. Nice food.

Pros: Great beach and swimming location. Excellent food, comfy rooms with swimming pool. Very friendly staff, we asked and got a free late check out.

Cons: It would be great if swimming pool rooms would have couple of sun beads too.

Pros: I can say that resort is really nice and have big territory. Rooms are big and have nice views. Employees are really helpful and good. Try to solve problems. I can say that foods are good. But can be better. For families good resort

Cons: The woman at they gym name called Ann. She was very disrespectful and rude.

Pros: Very big resort with lots of different swimming pools. Very nice equipped gym with AC. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Cons: While i was at the pool or down at the beach i got constantly approached by people trying to sell me tours or spa treatments. Sometimes they can be quite pushy and don’t really take no for an answer. That was a little annoying.

Pros: The territory is big and nice, a lot of swimming pools, and a lot of space, the beach is great for people who like sand and sea. The food is perfect, although I had a stomach irritation, i don't know which reason - but it's common issue for Egypt. There are little shuttles which bring you to the beach, aquaparc or hotel. Nice fitness center 👍
