Stella Gardens Resort & Spa

Pros: Front Office Manager very helpful, and very Polite, big compliment for Mr.Ahmed Khamis and we are thank for his effort and taking Care of the guests requests and enqurie, thanks for the all his team, we were very satisfied, we like our stay.

Cons: Nothing.

Great experience

Pros: The place offers everything you need to relax and enjoy some good peaceful days. You also have day and night entertainment for children and adults if you want to take a break from relaxing :)

Cons: The room was close to the nights event area and there was loud noises till late in the night. If you want to have a sleep early, you will have to deal with it. The Horas SPA can be improved. It can be more clean and better kept.

Pros: The stuff was super friendly, a huge resort with everything what you need, and in the kichen they made separate for my sis, because of her food intoleraonce 🥰

Very nice Stay

Pros: I like Stella Gardens because the rooms are big, very clean & the beds are comfortable. The facilities are very good. Lots of pools, a shuttle bus every 10 mins to Stella Beach. There is a beautiful housereef at the end of the pier off the beach. There is a diving school on site. All of the staff are very accommodating & polite. Beautifully kept Gardens.

Cons: The food isn't the best, really repetitive & bland. The drinks are not great. Cheap alcohol is used. The wine isn't too bad. Beer is awful. Being pestered repeatedly by the Spa guys!!! They are the worst!!

Pros: Overall the Hotel was very good and the beach (just few minutes away) was lovely with plenty of space, nice snorkeling area and the sea was awesome with its shades of blue, fishes and rays near the shore. The rooms were spacious and clean. Mr Ahmed, the manager, was the star of our stay. He really took good care of us and was always responsive to our requests. The only thing I would recommend is to avoid the use of plastic glasses at the restaurant and bars because some guests are not mindful and throw them outside the trash bins and they end up in the water. Not the fault of the hotel, but plastic should be avoided at the soonest. Thank you

Cons: The food was abundant and there was always various choices, though the restaurant could use a little bit more of attention to details (table clothes, real glasses instead of plastic ones). Also, while the driver and the shuttle service to the beach is commendable, it needs to be updated to an environmental friendly one.

Pros: Very good Hotel service and very friendly staff. You well feel like a king.

Pros: Hotel is clean. Gardens are beautiful. Food is mainly good and delicious in the a la carte restaurants. Mr Ahmed was very welcoming and took care of our needs. Amazing coral reef on the near beach.

Cons: Sustainability could be improved. Hotel uses a lot of disposable plastic cups for drinks. Some of them end up in the sea. They could buy real drinking glasses.

Total relaxation and fun

Pros: Great location and facilities. The front of house manager Ahmed Khamis was exceptionally supportive and helpful with the check in, check out and arranging the different reservations to the different restaurants.

Pros: Very friendly people working in this resort , special thanks to Ahmed the reception manager and also very very special thanks to the super friendly guy who cleaned our room. Plenty of choice of food. In the main restaurant, each day different choices. We also went to the Libanees restaurant which was super !

Cons: Nothing all was great !

Pros: This was my second time at stella, it has very nice and well manteined facilities, the best pier in makadi. A special thanks to reception mng Ahmed Kamis, he did all best arrangements before arrival and during staying!
