Pros: This place have a lot of haracter. Everything is done butiffully extremely clean The front manager Mr Michael Aziz was very helpful and assisted me with all my requests and make me feel very welcome And the rest of the staff always ready to help and surve drinks. It was nice heated pull and a lot of sun . I also like the diversity and a lot of laydys working there. Very good management. The atmosphere was so relaxed not much noise at all. I definitely recommend.

Pros: My husband and I consider our two-week vacation at the Stella Beach Hotel one of our best trips in terms of value for money, and we travel two or three times a year to different countries. The staff was very friendly, and manager Marina helped us book an airport transfer and answered all our questions both online and during our stay. The pool area was beautifully maintained, the room was clean, and the breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were delicious. We took two amazing day trips: to Luxor in a mini-group and to Cairo, the New Egyptian Museum, and the pyramids by plane. The hotel beach has a pier leading to a coral reef with a variety of fish, perfect for snorkeling and underwater photography.

Cons: A wonderful vacation at a wonderful hotel! We had no problems at all.

I was in that hotel in second time and more likely come again.

Pros: Nice hotel with a lot of trees and flowers on it's territory. Room was clean and tidy. Good food with enough varaency. Personal was responsible and helpfull. Wifi is free!

Cons: Well, someday I hope they made good wifi over all territory. In room it was barely working.

Good hotel and people ... animation totally let the hotel down.

Pros: The hotel was great and the staff of the hotel were friendly and worked super hard. The food was very good considering the numbers they had to cater for. The pool bar service was also very good.

Cons: Animation was just terrible the worst I have ever encountered. They put on very loud Christmas Music on Christmas Eve at the pool repeating on a constant short loop and then they all disappeared for the whole day. This played for 7 hours ... they could not be found anywhere. Reception did not know where they were or how to contact them. It was HORRIBLE. The next day we advised them and were met with unfriendliness and then they put the same thing on again so we complained again and eventually they played other music. The animation communication was non-existant and they changed scheduled classes when they felt like it with no warning. They also argued in public which was unprofessional. They truly did not care, and it let the hotel down. The evening entertainment was poor and ended early ... and repeats so if you are there more than 6 days be warned. There are too many smoking areas and in the evening whether you are inside or out, you will end up smelling like an ashtray. Very unpleasant.

Pros: Very clean, spacious rooms and staff did so much to accommodate.

Cons: Nothing was all very good, only thing was with the shower you have to leave it running for 5-10 minutes if u want it fairly hot. It’s ok if you only want it warm.

Pros: It was very peaceful, clean and very friendly personnel, especially Ms. Marina, Mr. Romani have been key to our special stay, Bassem also is a #1 bartender and super friendly!!

Great place if you’re a snorkeler.

Pros: Snorkeling off the jetty was fabulous. Fish & coral was amazing.

Cons: We had a massage in the spa & the massage ladies were not very professional, giggling & chewing gum.

Pros: This resort is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. It’s so beautiful with massive pools and pretty architecture. The staff were amazing and so friendly - they were always on their feet making sure everyone was happy. They also have a huge selection of food with the main buffet and also a few A La Carte restaurants such as Indian, Chinese, Lebanese and Italian. It’s also located by such a beautiful beach with light blue water with a snorkelling and quad biking company right next to it. Will definitely come back again :)

Cons: The Chinese wasn’t very great :( the dumplings weren’t cooked well and tasted quite raw and the chicken also tasted a bit weird. However, all of the other restaurants are amazing!

Pros: I stayed at a beautiful room with a beachfront view. The room was spacious and the furniture inside was brand new. All inclusive food and drinks. I’d like to personally thank Marina Yarovenko (guest relations) for making sure my stay was as amazing as it was, she really transformed my vacation into an unforgettable experience. Thank you Marina for catering to all our needs throughout the entirety of our trip!
