JAZ Makadi Oasis Resort

We absolutely loved our stay at Jaz Makadi and cannot wait to go back

Pros: We loved everything, the structure, the staff, the room, the buffet

Pros: Excellent service and activities all the time with Excellent communication skills and solve to any arising problems or small issues especially front desc and accounts.

Cons: Beverages especially over the beach are not cold enough neither fresh enough even draft beer ...no cocktails available over the beach restaurants except those with extra charges.

We spent a great family time..

Pros: The breakfast and dinner were great with so much varieties besides the hotel has two restaurants where you can enjoy your meals even if one of them is crowded..the reception staff was all very helpful especially Mr Mohamed Morgan very decent and polite person..you should go for Makadi water park one of the best aquas i’ve ever been to..very entertaining..

Cons: Some of the staff could improve by being more welcoming and smiling when interacting with Egyptian guests. This only applies to a very small number of staff, as they seem friendlier with other nationalities. However, the majority of the staff are very helpful, polite, and friendly. Even those who may not always smile still provide good service whenever you ask for assistance. With a bit of training to ensure consistent hospitality toward all guests, the experience would be even better. Overall, it is an amazing place with excellent service in every aspect

Pros: I would like to thank all jaz Oasis,staff specially housekeeping team specially Arafat and mohamed abdalla and also abdelazeem in the pool bar and both ibrahim manger and ibrahim receptionist in the reception area who always smiles all time and all helpful The cheif and waiters in the main restaurant and Mr Hassan as well Special thanks to the lifeguard Ali Samir of the second pool The quality of the food was great and the cleaning was great 👍 pool and beach were cleaning as well ,panties 👌 activities drinks especially Makadico drink It was nice and exceptional vacation we really enjoyed a lot Definitely we are coming back soon

Cons: The beach is a bit far for kids to walk to daily... a golf cart would be great though

Pros: Very clean and beautiful resort. Pools and gardens were well maintained. Room was clean and cleaned daily to good standard-lovely added details of towel decorations on the bed by our room keeping staff Abd El Rahman. Drinks readily available with a good selection of food and drink poolside and by the beach. The private beach was sandy and again very clean. Access to Jaz Makadi water park was the cherry on top. An amazing aqua park, we only managed to go once during our stay due to the high heat and our other activities planned but it was a great day out. Some amazing fast paced slides for grown up and large water play areas for the younger children.

Cons: Unfortunately overall we felt the food was poor compared to other all inclusive resorts we have been too. There is an impressive selection of food laid out for each meal with different breads, pastries, deserts for example and different cuisine options provided. There also seemed to be fewer children friendly options available. I’d stress the food provided was well presented, visually very appealing but unfortunately in our opinion lacked the taste anticipated. My children effectively lived on cucumbers, pickled olives, chips and the fresh pancakes at breakfast.

Pros: I had a wonderful time at the Jaz Makadi Oasis Hotel in Hurghada. It proved to be the perfect escape, offering excellent service and facilities that made my trip truly enjoyable
