Amazing stay

Pros: It was a brilliant stay in this fantastic hotel, the hotel is well maintained and cleaned, the landscape is awesome, the food in the main restaurant and the ala carte is very delicious, the service staff were amazing, special thanks to Mr Mohamed Gouda the General Manager and his staff specially Mina Sary the front desk manager

Pros: Makadi bay and the complex is really great! Feels very exclusive and everything is very well taken care of! The hotel is very clean and generally staff was friendly and helpful. Great area for kids and also the water park was a great option to take the kids too! Beach was beautiful!

Cons: Food was ok, not always good quality. Variety could be better, especially at the beach or pool. Water there tastes a bit funny. There was one staff member that works at the pool bar, Ismail, who was very rude and aggressive when treating guests. He would ignore guests, push them aside and complain that they were on his way. I avoided him around the resort which was not a great experience.

Pros: I went to Jaz Makadi Saraya resort and I was mesmerized by the service, the food and the amazing waterpark they have at Jaz Aquaviva, the all-inclusive experience was beyond amazing, the food felt like it wasn’t mass-produced, but carefully curated for the residents, they complimented us with a la carte access to the grill restaurant and we enjoyed every bit of our stay! Definitely recommending it. Special thanks to Hisham and Reda at the reception, and chef mostafa at the sun flower restaurant as well as Abdallah and Ibrahim at the Grill.. Loved it, 10/10!

An amazing stay thanks to the incredibly friendly staff

Pros: From the moment we arrived, the reception was very friendly. Special thanks to Reda from the reception team who welcomed us warmly and even upgraded our room. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully arranged, and the housekeeping team kept it spotless during our stay. The staff at the Sunflower Restaurant were wonderful — especially Mr. Ashraf and the waiters, who were always friendly and helpful. The beach, although a bit of a walk, was gorgeous — long, clean, with stunning coral reefs. The lifeguards at the beach were attentive, which gave us peace of mind. Also, Lia at the kids’ club was very kind and playful with my child. Overall, my family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The only small issue was that the AC in the room was a bit noisy at times.
