Pros: The staff are all super helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. This goes from the ground up to the management. Every one does their very best. Smiles from everyone including ground staff on the golf course.. I truly love this place special thanks to Islam our waiter.. very professional amazing service. The team in the lunch restaurant especially Osman . And to sherriff , Samir and the rest of the very smiley golf team. Our house keeper who entertained us every day with his amazing towel sculpting and chocolates in the evening. Thank you all.. 🥰

Cons: Only one tiny thing… the mattress cover wasn’t very comfortable. Very slippery to sleep on… that’s it!

Great hotel with outstanding staff

Pros: Great hotel with very friendly and supportive staff They solved all problems right away and found a solution to all challenges.

Cons: The rooms could use some renovations as there was nothing done in the last 10 years.

Relaxing stay with very attentive staff, a gem of a hotel.

Pros: the staff are lovely especially the bar and catering team. they remembered my birthday and did a small celebration for me. Before you even sit down at the table or the bar they are bringing our favourite drinks without needing to ask for them. food was varied with different daily specials. we were late returning on one of our excursions and they kept some food for us at the restaurant which we very much appreciated

Cons: the people next door were continously smoking and the smoke was coming through the connecting door but the front manager kindly told us he would remind our neighbours it was non smoking and amazingly the next day it stopped!!

Amazing stay!

Pros: The staff are amazing, super friendly and helpful... Attending to any requests or needs immediately. The place is cozy.

Cons: That it's not by the beach, which is not clearly mentioned in the description of the hotel.

Pros: The staff are extremely helpful, cheerful, and elegant. The place is quite not crowded with a good opportunity for meditation. More suitable for golf players.

Cons: Being away from the beach front ( keeping in mind that this is a cause of quietness), but even the beach access was far and difficult

Pros: The reception was great, the staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and the view was very comfortable and beautiful, and the main restaurant, chefs and waiters were friendly , shutter bus every hour to the beach which sandy , the hotel can provide you shutter bus to go to Makadi water world.

Cons: Concerning the hotel, daily housekeeping service, which does not fully perform its job. The only cleaning in the bathroom was the trash basket, without polishing anything else or removing water stains. The coffee corner didn't provide the necessary supplies, such as wooden spoons. Nothing in the room was polished, not even the bed was made. Sunblock accidentally fell on the table and mirrors, and they were not cleaned. An hour before checkout time, I left the room and forgot something then I returned to my room and found the housekeeping inside the room before completing the checkout and handing the room card to reception. Another negative in makadi, Uber app, which overcharges and negotiates very high prices outside the app, taking advantage of the long distance and the customer's need for a quick trip.

Loved it and definitely coming back.

Pros: We were pampered by the staff on our anniversary. The noise level is perfect at the whole hotel, music is great but not overwhelming. It’s just right and nicely quiet. Food was excellent.

Cons: Nothing loved everything

Pros: The staff was so friendly and really made sure we felt at comfortable. Food was good and lots of choices during breakfast and dinner. A la Carte lunch was limited but good. The restaurants had good food to offer too.

Cons: It was a little bit dated especially the expensive suite, the interior and outside pool was rather a little foot bath
