Pros: Paolo has done it again! We were welcome back to the Makadi Palace with a great reception from the guest relations manager and the front desk staff From food to staff to facilities...words cannot describe the opulence of Makadi Palace! One should definitely experience it for themselves

Pros: The grounds were so well kept lovely to see so much greenery instead of a concrete jungle . Great choice of food .

Cons: Just some tweaks to the rooms . Smart TV would be great addition and crisp white bed linen .

Pros: We enjoyed the experience! Mr Pablo your representative was excellent, he provided an excellent service with a smile, a very nice person. well presented, helpful and polite. I would say he's definitely a credit to booking .com. The hotel is situated in a great location, clean and relaxing, well maintained with kind, helpful staff, our house man A Elmagd was great ! Hotel has also good selection of restaurants, choices on food options, would highly recommended ! thankyou.

Cons: using the gym without having to pay extra would have been nice, should be free for all inclusive guests.

Pros: A big thank you to the staff of Makadi Palace Hotel, especially Mr. Hany, Pablo and Mr. Hani for their warm welcome, professionalism, and great helpfulness. They really took good care of us and made us feel completely at ease. The room was spacious, just like in the photos, and the food was quite varied. The beach is rocky, but you can still enjoy it thanks to the snorkeling. I will definitely return to this hotel. Thank you again for this wonderful experience.

Pros: Our vacation in Makadi Palace was amazing. Resort is beautiful, everything is so clean. Hospitality is great, waiters , housekeeping , bar staff, animation team they are all amazing and they made our vacation even more better. Food is really good especially buffet restaurants. A lot of activities at the beach as well, we loved beach volleyball. Also area around resort is really nice. Animation team showed us the night life in Hurgada as well, which was also great experience.We are looking forward to come back to Makadi Palace.

Exceptional Service and Relaxing Getaway

Pros: We had a really lovely stay at this resort. Paulo and the rest of the team made sure we were extremely well taken care of — any question we had was quickly answered, and they really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming, from the waiters and reception to the cleaning staff. The hotel itself is very well maintained. Our room was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and we had a beautiful view. The food was good for an all-inclusive, with a nice mix of buffet and à la carte options to choose from. We also appreciated that there were always plenty of loungers available at the beach — never any stress about finding a spot! Overall, we had a great experience and can’t thank the team enough for making our stay so pleasant.

Cons: Just something to be aware of: the beach isn’t a soft sand beach, as there are corals close to the shore. But that also means you can see beautiful fish right from the beach, which we really enjoyed.
