Beautiful resort with amazing house reef

Pros: Beautiful reef right in front of the hotel. Comfortable beds, nice and very well maintained resort with decent food. WiFi in the rooms.

Cons: They separated trash, but we saw how at the end of the day the through all the trash together... I guess this is more an Egyptian issue, than hotel related. However it was sad.

Relaxing and beautiful location

Pros: If you’re after a quiet relaxing holiday in beautiful grounds, this place is for you! Fantastic area on the bay with immediate access to a coral reef, great food and nice alternative restaurants to reserve, highly recommended! What’s not to like!!

Great stay.

Pros: Excellent hotel. Very good beach with easy access to the sea for swimming and snorkelling. Lovely gardens which are well looked after. Good food in the buffet diner. We stayed in the West wing adults only which had great facilities and quiet. Good updated room. Great staff and animation team.

Cons: More restaurants included in the all inclusive package.

Pros: This hotel has a great landscape full of roses, the food quality is great, the pools are well wormed in winter, the snorkeling form the beach is one of the best in Hurghada...

Cons: They need some technology boost,like faster Internet, booking app for the facilties, the experience is designed for people born before 1970.

True relaxation in a beautiful and enchanting setting.

Pros: This resort is absolutely wonderful – there is honestly nothing negative I could mention. The room was very comfortable, quiet, and spotlessly clean. In the bathroom, a full range of hair and body care products was provided, even a toothbrush. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming everywhere throughout the resort. Food and drinks were always available in abundance and everything was delicious. The animation team deserves special mention for being exceptionally friendly. The beach is simply stunning, and the coral reef with its many colorful fish is just a few steps from the shore – truly breathtaking. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. We had an amazing stay and would happily return anytime.

Great for families wanting to relax

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in December. The beach was beautiful and the corals amazing. The food and drinks service was very good. The Christmas party was exceptional! My eldest child loved the evening shows. The grill at Beach bar and dinner at the Greek restaurant were 10/10. We cannot wait to come back!

Great place to relax.

Pros: The hotel was great with amazing facilities and friendly people. I adore chef Ahmed at the Greek restaurant who helped us make a booking when we were treated unfairly by staff and turned away. He made it his duty to cater for us and made us feel very welcome and served us well. He needs a raise!!!! I will definitely be recommending his warmth and hospitality to everyone I know.

Cons: Even though the hotel is based in Egypt, they operate in euros which felt quite isolating since no payments were taken in EGP - The currency of the country. We had a minor incident at the aforementioned restaurant and it felt personal but Chef Ahmed came to the rescue.

Pros: Fantastic service, we had a problem with our booking. A mistake on my end... And management quickly helped resolve it. Well done Fort Arabesque. Food was amazing, restaurants were awesome
