Pros: A beautiful hotel with many different pools and restaurant options. Fantastic for the price. The staff were super friendly and attentive and a special shout out to Hanna who made our stay special and helped us out with all our queries and offered extra support when needed. We would heartily recommend the Makadi Spa Hotel to everyone.

Excellent

Pros: The room and the service from all the people in restaurants, doormen, cleaners, pool bars and the people on the beach are excellent. They are happy and serviceminded. We had our own butler named Hanna, he is excellent, helpful and serviceminded. We give him and all the other employed 10/10.

Cons: The beds and pillows are to hard for our personal preference.

Super nice and friendly staff, staying here again when back in Hurghada

Pros: People are super nice and friendly, and the environment is super calm and relaxing.

Cons: The air conditioning was seasonal, and it didn’t work on the cold setting, that was not comfortable to sleep.

Pros: Room is big enough, with good views. Hanna helps us a lot, in a very kind and professional manner. Food and drinks are available anywhere all the time. Swimming pools are big and clean.

Cons: The front desk is a bit slow for us, and seemed to be more willing and keen to assist people who speak Germany. Food varieties are great but not the best flavor/taste-wise.

An excellent comfortable week in beautiful sunshine.

Pros: The hotel was lovely and the food choice in the main restaurant was excellent. The meals in the other restaurants were average. The pool / beach areas were great. The food and beverage manager in the Italian restaurant was excellent and he offered a wine list which was very welcome! Hanna the hotel butler was very helpful and the staff in general were friendly and always on hand. Le Pascha restaurant was also excellent as was the service.

Cons: We were disappointed with the wine/alcohol choices which were extremely watered down. It was strange that we were not allowed to take drinks back to our room. The food was average although breakfast was excellent. The bed was very firm but we were given a topper which helped. The pool areas had tiles missing. The Wi-Fi connection kept dropping out.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Makadi Spa Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the food was ok with great variety, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The beach and pools were well maintained and relaxing. I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back again!

All you need is Makadi Spa

Pros: Everything was perfect! One of the best hotels I’ve ever been! The hotel looks stunning, the sea and the coral reef is beautiful, perfect weather, food is good, all inclusive that is really all inclusive! The stuff is super nice!!! No kids, very peaceful!

Cons: I would only improve the WiFi.
