Lilly Rooms and Studio

Excellent value for money, clean, no-nonsense stay.

Pros: I found this place because I was looking for a one-night stay due to a very late flight arrival and boarding a dive liveaboard the next day. Beware, this is not a fancy all-in luxury Hurghada resort, but a large comfortable bedroom, decent and clean bathroom and a huge terrace. Although I arrived in the middle of the night, the concierge was very helpful taking me to my room. I woke up late, took a shower and left the room at noon. It was no issue to leave my luggage until 6PM. Drinks or meals are not available at the hotel, but a 5 minute walk brings you to some sort of food court which caters for every taste.

Pros: Responding to requests and flexibility were the main features of this trip, as I realized that flexibility and to be nice with guests often lead to progress and creating a sense of belonging to the place. Whoever does the opposite destroys himself and the place. Despite the water problem in Hurghada at some times of the day, my love for the place overcomes it. I want to thank the wonderful, smiling Hanin, in guest relations, and her ability to solve any problem and calm any anger. She deserves it because she appreciates the repeaed guest, and is flexible in a complex world. I also thank Mr. Ahmed for everything good and Mohamed in Room service It is honesty and simplicity.

Simple Home . Great .

Pros: Once Melissa Michaels said : Our homes should inspire us to go out into the world to do great things and then welcome us back for refreshment .. This is what happened during my accomodation at Lilly rooms , the simplicity impressed me again. It is a place to rest , or work , going outdoor , then you feel longing to go back again to your room at Lilly rooms. It is a stay leads to memories. I was received by honest H.Keeper Mohamed .. and Mr. Reda whom I knew at my first time doing good job . The nice smile of Ms. Haneen gave me patience until completing check in . Lilly rooms became part of my daily programe. I felt home . It is a home .

Cons: The white lamps in room.

Perfectly clean and modern room but no access to the beach

Pros: Everything inside the room is so white and clean that one is afraid to touch. The room looks new and so the furniture. There are cupboards, a nice refrigerator, a television, air conditioning and an electric water boiler with everything needed to make tea or coffee (teabags, bottles of water, coffee, sugar, cups and spoon). And the price for all this is very low.

Cons: The place belongs to the same owner of Lilly Lounge and pool, which is just in front of it. But Lilly Lounge and pool gives the opportunity to use the swimming pool and free access to a private beach. Whereas, when one books one of the studios, has no access to these facilities. We come to Hurgada from abroad to sunbath and enjoy that wonderful sea. The whole of Hurgada has no free beach. So, why not to give this opportunity for who rents the studio? In the studio there was not even a chair, that one could take outside to remain in the open air. So, the alternative was either to remain closed inside, in the room, or to walk on the road. This lack of access to free beaches is always the reason why we often choose places like Dahab or Nuweiba instead of Hurgada for our not all inclusive reservations.

Pros: The room is cosy and the property is in front of the beach

Cons: Doesn’t have hot water and no internet, the staff wasn’t very willing to help

Simple , nice place lives with me.

Pros: The friendly staff, cleanliness. It is always good to stay in warm home, it is my feelings to stay there, and feel honest welcoming attitude in a place lives with you for even after your holiday. It is nice to be in Lilly rooms. Dear Ms. Aransha , I think the clever Mr.Al-Hussein the manager is lucky to have you on desk , it is clear that Mr. Al-Hussien is doing a great job to satisfy his guests , it is great to stay in Lilly rooms , and having the best assist. Lilly rooms is beautiful with its great job of everyone. I want to pass my greetings for Mr. Ahmed , he was helpful , and Mr. Reda who received me with welcome and assistance honest man . Soon again and they know where I would stay. A place lives with you, a break from stressed life. Enjoying your time at Lilly rooms will be our happy memories which made us alive.

Ideal for stop over.

Pros: Very helpful and polite staff. Close to airport, ideal for quick stop over, 24 hour reception. Very comfy bed. A well equipped kitchen. Bathroom spotless. Great value for money.

Cons: Nothing to dislike and it would be unfair to criticise as only there for 5 hours between late night arrival and really early departure. Really helpful staff.

Pros: Le personnel est toujours a nos petits soins ,bienveillant et arrangeant ...la vue sur le rooftop est incroyable et bien sûr la proximité des plages et du centre sheraton Merci a toute l'équipe

Cons: Rien ...a si juste une petite chose une boîte de mouchoir dans la chambre serait la bienvenue ....
