Great choice for activities

Pros: Waterpark is great for the kids, the entertainment was good, food was nice enough but the à la carte restaurants were excellent especially the Mexican and the staff in there were amazing, my little boy loved the quad biking especially with it being on site. Special mention for the spa which is first class, snorkelling around the coral is one of the best things I’ve ever done

Cons: Only thing bad about this place is the location is a little far out and the main pool was v cold, upsell on the photos was also quite pricey on the quads and snorkelling especially

Pros: Food, cleaning every day, nice place, nice people, excellent service.

Cons: Poor wifi.

Pros: Great place to stay for a lovely family vacation. Good restaurants, amazing aqua park, theme park and very friendly staff. Thank you all for making this a memorable holiday for us.

Great holiday in February

Pros: When choosing a hotel for a February vacation, we had the following requirements: a heated outdoor pool, a water park, and a funfair. The hotel met all of them, and this was confirmed on site. The price/performance ratio is excellent. We felt good there, the staff was nice and tried to help us with everything. Thank you, we will probably come back again.

Cons: This is not a criticism, but rather a recommendation - it would be a good idea to change the menu.

Lovely and kids friendly resort.

Pros: This is the biggest resort i have seen with all facilities in it. The food is lovely , 24 hours bar and kids friendly. The staff are really helpful and most especially Ihab at the front desk was so helpful and attentive. His customer service is top-notch. They also call the room every evening to see if everything is okay or if we have any issues.

Cons: Our shower room was not flowing well but immediately we complained we were moved to another room.

Pros: The staff! Absolutely cannot fault them. We had 2 very young kids and noting was a bother for them! There’s lots on at the resort for kids an adults alike 😊

Cons: Sadly nothing is walking distance from the resort but it’s all a quick taxi ride away

Pros: Our room was very nice and clean - got room service daily. The beds were comfortable. The buffet breakfast/lunch/dinner is versatile and tasty. Extra point for the grill station :) The twin hotel Alpha has an amazing private beach with a corall reef wall perfect for snorkeling. Other than that, there are plenty of activities, entertainment, shows and a lovely animation team. Much recommended! The staff were super friendly and helpful and the reception always made sure we had everything we needed.

Fabelous, comfy and relaxing.

Pros: Location is amazing and if you consider a stay there I recommend a room with garden view if you are looking for spacious, quiet and comfy stay. You will enjoy access to the pool during the day or even enjoy snorkling with the fish and enjoy silence at night. The staff were very friendly and supportive, I would like to thank them all specially mr. Ehab Ahmed who made our short stay wonderful starting from reservation confirmation till our check-out, he do his role with passion and attention to every single detail. If I will head to same destination I will definately book there.

A Truly Memorable Family Experience

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and everything was truly excellent. I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to all the hotel staff for their professionalism, kindness, and continuous support throughout our stay. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. Special thanks to Mr. Ihab, Assistant Front Office Manager, for his warm welcome, outstanding support, and genuine care in ensuring that we had a comfortable and memorable experience. He went above and beyond to provide every possible convenience for us and our children. Honestly, there was nothing that bothered us during our stay. Everything was well organized, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Both my children and I were very satisfied with the overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again in the future.
