Pros: Friendly workers. Our manager Nabil at the reception and customer service is very kind and super nice during our stay. The scenery of the hotel is like heaven on earth, so beautiful! I love the beach, the diving, swimming in red sea, and the coral reef with all the colourful fish took my breath away.

Pros: We are frequent guests at the PickAlbatros chain, since we tried it 3 years ago and every time we plan to go somewhere and we find a Pickalbatros hotel, we book it. Always exceeding our expectations, well done to each and every member of this chain, they really put the guest happiness as a goal. I always recommend it and will always pick it whenever possible.

An ideal place to truly relax
Pros: We had a truly wonderful stay at Albatros Makadi Resort and enjoyed every moment of our holiday. The facilities, comfort, service and overall atmosphere of the resort were excellent, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. Access to the hotel’s various restaurants offered a wide variety of dining options. The staff were always very friendly and attentive. The heated pool made our February stay even more relaxing, and the direct access to the beach allowed us to go snorkeling and observe beautiful marine life. The entertainment team also offered a range of activities, making the holiday even more dynamic and enjoyable. We would especially like to mention Mahmoud Fattouh for his professionalism, constant support and attention to detail he truly made our experience even more special. We would also like to thank Allah Hussein for his dedication and kindness. We would definitely return and highly recommend this resort.

Value for money
Pros: Everything was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was a wide variety of food and beverages available around the clock. Everything you could possibly need was available and included in the room rate. Exceptional value for money. Highly recommended.

Great place to unwind with the family.
Pros: I liked the fact that there were several heated swimming pools and activities for the kids. It's a family friendly resort. Although there was a bad experience with a full day boat activity Mr. Nabil resolved the issue quickly and we continued to enjoy our stay.
Cons: Nothing that I can about.

A Memorable Family Vacation, Challanging to Top !
Pros: Our family truly loved it. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel cared for from start to finish. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional—everything was absolutely delicious. All the pools we visited were always clean, and it’s clear that the resort takes cleanliness and attention to detail very seriously throughout the entire property. The resort has so many wonderful and unique qualities, but without a doubt, the highlight of our stay was the outstanding staff.
Cons: Did not have enough time to try all the restaurants and offered cuisines : )

Pros: Everything is good, Room is very Big and clean with 2 Bathrooms, Night show is Excellent especially the Mega dance show.Food is perfect, Restaurants is 6 with different kind of dishes and with very good quality and quantity...Alot of thanks to Mr Mahmoud he helped me alot during my stay.
Cons: The snorkeling are was closed because of weather for 2 days but on our last day it was opened and it is a perfect area with alot of coral life and fish

Great stay
Pros: Great property. Very clean, nice tennis facilities, great snorkeling spot, many different restaurants, so a lot of food options. Definitely go to the asian restaurant, their food is superior. Lots of animation. Nice staff, special shout out to Mahmoud Fattouh from the reception for all the help and his colleague at the cashier counter of the reception.

Pros: Very nice stay from early beggining our guide at the reception mr. Mahmoud Fattouh was helpful during all stay with all of our needs. Tasty food clean room with beautiful view.
Cons: Only way to improve is weak and disconecting internet, but that's not the most important thing on holidays anyway I rate stay in this hotel 10 out of 10.
