Great hotel

Pros: Omar the taxi driver from the hotel was waiting to transport me. He was on time and as a female solo traveller, I felt safe. I loved the trip to the beach on the tuk-tuk, and the. each bar there. Food was varied and very nice. Thank you for a lovely time

Excellent good value holiday.

Pros: Very good value for money. The hotel staff were very friendly and not only asked for feed back for improvements, but acted on them almost immediately. The free transfers to the beach were such fun and very regular. A great variety of food with different dishes every day.

Cons: Water in the wimming pool was cold

Pros: Excellent facilities. Staff is incredibly friendly and meals and bar facilities is excellent with a wide variety to cater for every one ❤️I liked the shuttle service with very friendly drivers who played amazing music and taught us a few Arabic phrases. The beach is impeccable and the property is immaculately clean and well tended their gardens

Cons: So far I don’t have any complaints it is incredible and I would whole heartedly recommend anyone to have a stay at the property.

My stay at Lemon Sole

Pros: Hotel grounds lovely also pool area and food choice

Cons: Having to travel by shuttle to adjoining Hotel for lunch everyday. No heated pool again had to travel to sister hotel. Reception staff not very helpful. No plug socket only one in room which could be used, had to move kettle across room to heat.

Pros: Great hotel, have stayed before, sad to see it so empty. Hotel staff were amazing, reception, restaurant, bar, cleaners, pool staff, really great. Food was good, room was good, Gala dinner on New Years eve was done really well, the fact it was 3 hotels together, well done to all the staff ❤

Cons: All the extra costs, mini bar, orange juice, roof top bar, should be all included

Pros: The cleaning and shuttle staff were lovely, no problem checking in although we were very early.

Cons: The wine was not very nice.

Few compromises for an amazing price

Pros: The staff was super helpful, whenever we needed something we got the requested help at that moment. They are fluent in English and German. The beach is 6 minutes bus ride away which is really close to many amazing coral reefs. All together we were not expecting this high quality service for this price and we were happily surprised

Cons: The majority of the rooms are having door between them without any soundproofing at all. This means that you can easily hear what they are talking in the next room. However when we asked for a different room they were happy to give us a new one right away, but again with a door between two rooms, even though we specialty asked to have a room without it

Very good resort , especially food and beach

Pros: Food is very tasty. Room is very clean , yet very small

Pros: It was really good hotel and really we enjoyed our time there and the food is good the staff is so friendly and so good and sure we will be back
