Serenity Alpha Beach - Ex Serenity Makadi Beach

Pros: The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, cleaned every day and the beds were very comfortable. There were 3 different pools and lots of sun loungers at their beach.

Cons: The food was a bit bland but they did have a spices station. The food at their restaurants was okay but again quite bland. Would be great if the TV in the room was connected to the WiFi.

Amazing coral reef and fish near by the hotel beach

Pros: The coral reefs and schools of fish by the hotel pier are very beautiful. We enjoyed snorkeling there so much. Found lots of fish species, including lion fish and her baby. Took lots of amazing photos. We also saw a pod of dolphins swimming by.

Cons: If the wind is not so strong, then we can snorkel for longer...

Perfect holiday

Pros: Staff is super friendly, they are all working super hard to make your holiday perfect. The beach, the swimming pools, the restaurants.

Cons: If your room is close to the bar terasse, it can be noisy till late night. Room fridge fill/refill was bit random.

We really enjoyed the stay especially with the friendly people and the sea.

Pros: We really liked that it has a lot of trees, that made it really look beautiful, also the access to the beach was really nice

Cons: We didn‘t like that they were parrots in a cage, especially because they are right next to the noise.

Pros: The facilities are brand new, and the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel boasts stunning scenery with strict security measures in place. The dining options are abundant, catering to a variety of flavors. The reserved Mexican restaurant is also absolutely delicious. What I love most is that you can go snorkeling right off the beach pier, where you can see corals and many beautiful little fish. All the staff are very friendly, and we extended our stay for two more nights. A special thank you to Keroloes for providing us with so much help—we would definitely come back if we get the chance.

Pros: There is a variety of food especially with the access to the 2 hotels. Big rooms .

Pros: The hôtel was always very clean, the staff was so nice, welcoming and flexible. The pools are amazing, as well as the private beach. And the Food was very veryyy delicious ! Special Thank you to the amazing staff and to Keroloes! He was so nice to us and we had a great vacations thanks to him!!

Pros: This Serenity alpha beach resort is absolutely fantastic. Every staffs are very kind and professional. Foods are wide range of variety, so fresh and good tastes. Particularly outside barbecue is best choice. Entertainment programs are excellent and pleasant. I joined the zumba dance and aqua gym, and had a good time! Boat trip to Orange bay booked at hotel lobby was also great. It was so convenient and safe, valuable tour program. Spacious and clean room, beautiful beach, peaceful garden are also amazing. Every moment I could feel hapiness. I will never forget this place, and definitely recommend to my friends.
