Pros: great service . especially the reception. good service at the beach with very good restaurant to eat snacks or a short meal. always space .never busy in the main restaurant for breakfast lunch or dinner. the rooms are cleaned very well. the sandy beach is very clean and big and very nice to swim. the wifi works great everywhere. It is strong enough to watch Netflix and other online movies. you can stream easily everything from your smartphone to your big TV. for people who want to go out for a walk,there is a very big promenade that is very safe to walk .along the promenade you find all kinds of shops also different pharmacies and even a very smal hospital. if you don't like to walk you can easily hire a bike or a golfcar . I was there end of February but the pool had cold water. Only the private pools have heated water.

Cons: there should be a map on the room to give you more information about the different restaurants . you only get a qr code on a paper to explain everything.

Pros: Given this hotel only opened in December 2025, it was amazing to see how well setup everything was. The place has been arranged beautifully right on the beach, amazing gym facility, the staff were very helpful, the all inclusive included lots of food options

Cons: Very little - the only things worth mentioning are the inconsistent wifi and the occasional bit of worth being completed to ensure the hotel is fully finished. Neither impacted the stay at all however!

Perfect weeklong break in the sun!

Pros: It is a beautiful hotel with gorgeous swimming pool and really friendly staff. David and Mahfouz at the front desk couldn’t do enough to help us and everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. The beach is also gorgeous, the chairs comfy and the food high quality. We didn’t want to leave! We also got a free room upgrade to a sea view which was an added bonus

Cons: Just a couple of suggestions…maybe add some board games and books somewhere as that would be a nice touch! Would be great if there were a couple more restaurants just to add a little more variety. The main buffet is great but the food didn’t really change too much from day to day. Perhaps they could do ‘themed’ nights of different cuisine?

A perfect week of winter sun, relaxing, rejuvenating and just what we needed. We will be back.

Pros: This is a fabulous hotel. It is a stunning design - a large hotel, but with many different zones, pools, bars and quiet areas, so that it doesn't feel crowded. The beach is very accessible, clean and with plenty of beds which are not too close together. The staff and the service provided made the stay exceptional - it is still early days and many of the staff are still learning, but their smiles and attitude really make the hotel special. We stayed in a villa, which was very spacious and as part of this we had butler service from Mustafa. We are very self sufficient as a family, but the additional help that was provided by Mustafa in booking restaurants, taxis and general questions was much appreciated. This was just the right level of interaction and service without being over bearing.

Cons: Minor suggestions for the hotel for the future. The gym doesn't open until 07.30 and would benefit from opening at 6.30 or 7 as every morning people were waiting outside for it to open. Sunrise is at 6.30 and many people including myself are ready to start the day. Dressing gowns in the rooms would also be a nice additional touch.

Pros: Our stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The service was exceptional – every member of staff was incredibly kind, always smiling, and constantly ready to help. The food was varied, delicious, and always fresh with plenty of options to choose from. The atmosphere was wonderful, the pools were beautiful and very comfortable, and the entire setting is simply stunning. The beach was amazing and truly breathtaking. There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like – everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back again!
