Pros: A very friendly staff; Shabaan, Mostafa og Abdul was great. The beach was nice and we enjoyed the pool.

Cons: It was sometimes hard to relax from pushy sellers.

Pros: This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. It looks exactly like the photos — absolutely stunning both inside and out. The atmosphere, design, and surroundings are beautiful and create a very special experience. What really made our stay unforgettable, however, was Mahmoud and his team in the restaurant. Their level of service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They are without a doubt some of the most service-minded people we have met in many years. Thanks to them, every meal felt like a highlight of our stay. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly memorable experience. Regards a Norwegian family on 5 :-)

Cons: One area where the hotel could improve is the communication before arrival. Some of the information from the reception was incomplete and responses were not always very quick, which meant that I arrived feeling a bit uncertain about the details of what I had actually booked. With clearer and more proactive communication, this part of the experience could easily be much smoother. That said, this is something that can be improved, and it does not take away from the overall quality and beauty of the hotel — it simply represents an opportunity to make an already great experience even better
