Pros: Everything from the members of staff to cleanliness and Martina (guest relations manager) attended to all our needs, everything went above expectations, a later checkout was even arranged, lunch boxes etc. Only positive vibes

Pros: Everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Nabil for the warm welcome, outstanding attitude, and high level of professionalism—it truly made a great first impression. Also, many thanks to the animation team for their great energy and fun activities, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely return.

Pros: The property is located perfectly with a lovely beach on Sahl Hasheesh Bay. It is a Goldlilocks size, not too large or small, just right, and has an interesting design. The coral reef was excellent to snorkel around and the sea water is warm, even in winter.

Cons: The bathrooms are a little dated, but reflects in the price. The gym could do with a refurbishment and replaced if missing barbell weights.

Pros: the staff was very helpful and welcoming, the rooms were very good with a perfect sea view.

Great place for a family stay.

Pros: Great location on the beach, snorkelling available just in front of the hotel. Staff were very polite and helpful. The New Year’s Eve party was wonderful.
