Ten out of ten. Thank you!

Pros: Excellent location, staff were so helpful and friendly. They could not do enough for us and met every request we made. Food at the Mexican restaurant was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay and a special thanks to Mervat. We will be back!

Cons: Everything and everyone was excellent. Just a couple of points. The main pool was heated as it is February but as the weather was exceptionally warm around 29 degrees the pool did feel too warm. Also it could have been clearer regarding what the evening entertainment was going to be..

Pros: Staff was very friendly and supportive when it comes to my requests and the hotel really does have all what you wish for.. So i had no pressure to go out to do any other activity

Pros: Overall, a good all inclusive resort with plenty of food and drink choices available throughout the day. If you arrive late, they still provide something to eat, which is a nice and thoughtful touch. The resort itself is large and lively, with a good atmosphere and attentive service in most areas.

Cons: One downside is that if you stay in the main building, people tend to drink outside late into the night and it can be quite noisy. The spa was disappointing for the prices charged, with massage prices comparable to central London. The massage itself was good and the therapists were lovely, but the spa area was not very clean and could be much better for the rates charged. A price negotiation was offered, but overall it did not feel good value, and there were too many men at the reception area.

Pros: Nice and clean room, the food is very good, amazing snorkeling from the jetty,

Cons: Snorkeling from the outer reef was only possible from 10-12 and 14-15, extra fee for sunbeds on the beach closest to the sea, WIFI is very poor, the volleyball play was bad because the animation team allowed small children to join

Tropitel stay

Pros: The place is breathtaking, facilities are awesome and the stuff are a cherry on top. Thank you for the hospitality. We had activities on the day we checked out and they made room for us to shower when we came back and be ready for our airport pick up 👌🏽

One of the best hotels in Hurghada!

Pros: A special thank you to Dalia from Guest Relations — she is incredibly kind, attentive, and truly makes guests feel welcomed and cared for. The entire staff is wonderful: polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. The hotel is compact in the best way — everything is close, convenient, and thoughtfully organized. The beach is beautiful, clean, and perfect for swimming. The pool is very large and stunning, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and comfortable, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic hotel in Sahl Hasheesh — highly recommended!

Exceptional staff, service, location and Hotel

Pros: Dalia from guest realtions EXCEPTIONL, started to send us messages on our phones giving us all the information, she went over and abover and gave exceptional service, as we arrived late at night she arranges a cold cut selection with cheese fruit and bread in our rooms, everday she checkd on us and asked if everything was ok Farrari from annimation EXCEPTIONAL fully of life helpfull and very entertaining Mahmoud from Breakfast and Dinner service again EXCEPTIONAL he could not do enough for us so freindly, helpful and a very careing and kind young man, he also went over and above as soon as he saw us in the morning he got our tea and coffee ready and bought to the table, All in all your teqm are exceptional We were in room 2074 thenroom attendant made some beautiful towel ornaments for us as well
