Nice resort

Pros: Nice room with a great view. Lovely pools and beach. The snorkeling trip organised with Bakar in the lobby was excellent and he was great to deal with.

Cons: Some of the sales people were a bit too much (massage).

Pros: Food Staff Clean Thanks for the free upgrade Nice location 👌 and beach ⛱️ but you need sea shoes

Cons: No A/C during winter even if weather is hot!! No enough shades everywhere other than the beach, not suitable for sunny days even in winter No towel centre on the beach!!

Great value for money

Pros: The people were welcoming, the rooms were very agreeable. The amenities are simpler than in most hotels in hurghada but it is sufficient, and the cleanliness is irreproachable. The food was great as well. I would say great value for the price.

Cons: The bar outside above the pool could be better to enjoy an evening drink.

Mostly a fantastic stay!

Pros: Professional staff, location, aesthetics were all very good. Partial sea view room was great. Varied meals 👍 We would definitely come back! The promenade walk area is stunning at dusk

Cons: Slight damp/drain smell from the bathroom. The only let down for me in terms of food were the desserts. A wide variety and presented beautifully however they were bland and tasted slightly stale most days. For this reason we stuck to the warm/freshly made dessert options

Enjoyable and comfortable

Pros: Staff is cooperative and friendly. Beach and swimming pools are clean and well prepared. Buffet is diverse and well organized; no crowdness no annoying events.

Cons: Air conditioner wasn't optimal, anyway this might be settings for winter time.

Pros: 5/5 Stars – Paradise by the Red Sea! My wife and I had an unforgettable stay at Old Palace Resort in Sahl Hasheesh. The private beach was stunning, crystal-clear waters perfect for snorkeling right off the shore, with plenty of loungers and no crowds. We loved the heated pool. Rooms were spacious and modern, overlooking the pool that made waking up magical. Food was a highlight fresh open buffets, themed nights, and à la carte options like Italian that rivaled top restaurants. Staff went above and beyond; shoutout to the beach team for always keeping things spotless and friendly. Great value for a luxurious Red Sea escape we'll be back! Special thanks for Amr (beach bartender) Mahmoud the duty manager for his hospitality

Cons: Hotel nailed relaxation perfect for us, where animation team; shows basic which is not adequate for personnel targeting highly activities.
