Amazing trip and friendly staff

Pros: Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel right at home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend it!

Cons: The bakery can be improved updating the items more frequently

Pros: The resort is truly excellent and BEAUTIFUL! We stayed for 8 days and I can honestly say that everything is clean and well maintained, and the food is excellent and safe. The kindness of all the staff is on a truly special level, and I must especially highlight a young man named Hesham AElahman who works at the Culina restaurant. He truly made our holiday even more special with his helpfulness, warmth, and professionalism. I would appreciate it if the management could pass on this review to him and reward him, as he truly deserves it! The hotel’s entertainment program (animation team) is also very well organized. I would definitely and warmly recommend this fairytale-like resort. See you next year!

Pros: Wow — this hotel is the definition of comfort and relaxation. Blue skies, crystal-clear sea, and a beautiful infinity pool create the perfect vacation atmosphere. There are multiple swimming pools, so it never feels crowded, and the entire resort feels peaceful and spacious. The dining options are excellent. The hotel offers five restaurants, with a great variety of cuisines. The Italian restaurant was especially impressive — delicious and authentic. I would also like to give special thanks to our butler, Du Fei . He speaks excellent English & Chinese, He can communicate via WeChat, understands Chinese characters, and is even familiar with Xiaohongshu. During our stay, he was incredibly warm, professional, and helpful, and made everything so easy and convenient for us. Plus — very friendly and handsome 😊 Thanks to his support, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and truly memorable. Highly recommended, and we would love to return again.

Pros: Fantastic view and facilities! Du Fei speaks good Chinese. He is doing a great job.Nice and professional.

Pros: If this is your first trip to the Red Sea, this property is highly recommended. The turquoise water before noon is breathtaking, and the architecture itself is stunning. Less than 30 minutes from the airport and about 3.5 hours from Luxor, the location is convenient yet feels like a retreat. Our stay was seamless , we were upgraded to a beautiful room and enjoyed excellent facilities, thanks to the warm hospitality of Mena (the hotel manager) and Magraby. From the beach to the pools and sports facilities, everything is top‑notch. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets were fantastic, with all‑board service that made dining effortless. Our son kept saying it felt like a city in itself , you don’t even need to go anywhere else. Thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable.

Cons: The shops near lobby could rip you off. Haggling is a must.

Cons: Booked the horse riding within the hotel service however it was a nightmare, left us almost 1h next to stable to pick us up, gone through photo session however one worse than another,
