KaiSol Romance Resort Sahl Hasheesh - Adults Only

Total relaxing week

Pros: The resort was everything we could have asked for. The food was truly exceptional. The staff were cordial, helpful and so polite. The resort itself was well appointed. The pool spotless and meticulously cleaned every day. It sparkled. Our room was spacious and of generous proportions. The bathroom and bath a delight. We took advantage of the offered upgrade and were glad we did. We had a room with a private pool area. Well worth it. We were there to relax, enjoy the sun, and recharge. We did just that.

Cons: The tour desk that promote themselves through the hotel are OK. We booked a glass bottom boat tour which was far below expectations. We expected vibrance and interest. It was boring and unappealing. The spa personnel were a little pushy. It put us off getting any treatments. The resort is self contained. There are a few shops to visit but you are literally in a compound area with very little other interests unless you choose to take a outside tour.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff

Pros: I genuinely find it difficult to find any faults with this hotel. Spotlessly clean throughout, incredible food and a stunning location. What really makes this hotel is the staff though. They all work so hard, but always have a smile on their faces and give a heartfelt hello. Special credit to Ibrahim on the front desk who, from the moment we arrived (and even in the build up to arriving!) did anything and everything he could to go above and beyond to make our stay as special as it could be. Also Rafaat at the beach, and Alli at the lobby bar, who provided exceptional service with kindness, sense of humour and genuine care. A great hotel, in a great location. A little slice of paradise

Great Location, Lovely Staff, Very Peaceful

Pros: Beautiful hotel with a very warm welcome (thank you, Karim!). The beach is just next door, which is very convenient. We had a sea and pool view room — a very large corner room upstairs with a jacuzzi. There was very little overlooking from other rooms, so we really appreciated the privacy. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, with a great variety every day. The staff were absolutely lovely and attentive. The heated pool was very pleasant, and the beach was stunning. Overall, a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

Cons: We didn’t particularly enjoy the desserts at the buffet, and the evening entertainment was not really to our taste.

Beautiful place, gorgeous location (we highly recommend the place for couples, it is a great place to relax!) and excell

The best hotel in Hurghada!

Pros: Just spent a week at the KaiSol Resort Hotel which was our fourth visit in the past four years and I have to say each and every time we’ve been it’s been brilliant! Everything was perfect and this was down to the incredible staff at the hotel, from Mohamed on reception who arranged our transfers,our room and keeping the room on to Mo at the restaurants (especially the Indian restaurant) and a very special mention to Amir, the pool waiter who kept us hydrated throughout the day, every day whilst there. The most pleasant and friendly guy you could ask to meet, they all make it so special for you. I’m not usually one to leave reviews but felt that it would be an injustice if I didn’t the place and people here are absolutely first class and I cannot recommend this place more highly. Thank you all for all you did to make our stay the best holiday😎😎

Pros: The whole stay was absolutely amazing, the staff were helpful and nice, very attentive.

Cons: The location, there isn't much to do around the resort, quite deserted but the hotel did provide a shuttle service from 7 - 10pm and took us to the shopping areas there

Amazing and lovely!

Pros: Everything was super nice from the first moment. The receptionists were very welcoming and kind. All the workers were very good, reliable, fast, patient and always smiling. Facilities were spotless, food was delicious and diverse. Shoutout to Ibrahim the receptionist, Ahmed the housekeeper at 1st floor, Omar from the Bar, all the ladies at the bar, and the cat.

Cons: The pool time is too short, it would be nice if the pool opens earlier in the morning, and closes little late at night.

Perfect for honeymoon

Pros: From the beginning to the end everything was perfect everyone was helpful starting from the receptionist(Ibrahim) until I check out everyone and everything were more than I expected. Decent variety food, great views, clean room, friendly staff and enjoyable shows. Honeymoon package is very recommended
