Pros: Very comfortable and relaxing stay The place was very clean and well organized. The location is excellent . The staff were friendly and responsive. It was exactly what I needed to relax after a long day. Highly recommended!

The Dream truly

Pros: The resort has all the conditions for comfort, an incredible view of the beach, and excellent service that makes the experience truly amazing. The receptionist, Diaa, was kind, proactive, and always concerned about providing us with help. The waiter, Abd Alaziz, also gave us a luxury-level dining and beverage service experience. We loved his attention and care. Farhan, who attended us during breakfast, was also extremely attentive, providing agile and personalized service. The manager, Sameh, regularly checked in to ensure that everything was running smoothly and that our experience was happy and pleasant. In summary, it was an incredible experience that we hope to repeat soon and recommend in our home country, Chile. Truly an amazing and highly recommended experience. Thank you very much for making our stay a dream come true. A big hug to the entire team.

Lovely place

Pros: Ajira hotel is located in Azzurra Resort which is a part of paradise.😊 Place was very luxurious, delightful and joyful, really I was feeling like I'm at my home. 🙂 Staff was very helpful and cooperative to solve any problem we encountered during our residence, specially Mr. Yesser the hotel Manager was very friendly and have been takink the proper action and directing staff to our satisfaction. Meals were very tasty and high quality, restaurant staff is very polite and hospitable. Finally at check out time we wouldn't want to leave the place. ♥️

Cons: Only access control for guest rooms need maintenance.

Pros: The location is absolutely perfect. Sahl Hasheesh is already one of Egypt’s rising stars, and this resort is located in one of the best spots in the area. The beach is very clean and peaceful, and the sea is beautiful. The overall layout of the resort, the landscaping, and the calm atmosphere make you feel truly special throughout your stay. The staff deserve special recognition. They are extremely friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on guest satisfaction. When we had to leave very early in the morning, they thoughtfully prepared a packed breakfast for us without us even needing to ask. This kind of attention to detail really sets the hotel apart. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a high-quality and relaxing stay. It is definitely one of the shining stars of Sahl Hasheesh.

Pros: Loved the private beach spot and was lovely to have access to a heated pools. Staff were polite and attentive. Breakfast spread was large and had variety across the days, though sometimes a bit lukewarm.

Cons: Completely my fault but I didn’t realize quite how far removed the resort was from anything. It was a hassle to organize transport to, with the resort offering a very expensive transfer and uber barely working. Struggle with communication with some of the beachfront staff, with them misunderstanding what items had already been paid for and adding things I hadn’t wanted to order, I don’t think it was malicious simply a language barrier problem.

Nice hotel in great area, some flaws but good for the money you spend.

Pros: Located in a nice area with plenty of security. Hotel was clean and comfortable, food was excellent. Staff were really polite and welcoming, especially Hamdy and other waiters. The price was very good for what you get.

Cons: Location is further away, getting around by taxi not as easy and cheap as in Hurghada. We could hear our neighbours talking quite clearly in the room. The room had a smell of cigarettes from time to time. The beach was rocky so swimshoes recommended, also it is quite far away, although you get a free car ride there or 20-30 min walk.

A warm, smooth and perfectly organized stopover for our group.

Pros: We stayed one night at this hotel as a stopover during a group trip I was organizing. We were a group of 14 people, and everything went wonderfully from arrival to departure. One of our participants even forgot a jacket with their keys inside, and the hotel handled the situation perfectly, organizing the recovery of the jacket a week later. A big thank you to the team for that care and efficiency. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. They truly do everything they can to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Special praise to the chef as well — the dinner and breakfast buffets were excellent. We ate very well. A flawless stopover and a place we would happily return to.
