Excellent value, lovely staff. Good food. Beautiful sea

Pros: Very welcoming staff. I was pleasantly surprised with the food offerings as there were some mixed reviews. We really enjoyed the grills and hot food, and the salad selections were great. The traditional pastry sweets were to die for! Also, does serve alcohol on all inclusive. The sea at Sal Hasheesh is stunning. Calm and clear. .

Cons: The building works was disappointing. A temporary reception area is in place which is very under whelming on entry. It is a pretty large construction site at the mo.

We would gladly visit again

Pros: We had a very pleasant and well-organized stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and serviced daily. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The food was varied and tasty, with plenty of options for everyone. The beach area was convenient and well maintained, and the pools were clean and relaxing. The overall atmosphere of the resort is calm and suitable for both families and relaxation.

Pros: Everything. The restaurants were amazing, the rooms were spacious and very clean and the rest of the facilities were very very good as new.

Cons: The spa service. Awful experience.

amazing beach but hotel not worth the 5 star tag

Pros: Beach is amazing, calm beautiful water also good for kids. Staff is alright. heated pool is nice. food is decent but quite bland(probably because most of the guests here are Russian and its to accomadate their taste which is fine). Neighbourhood is amazing, beautiful promenade walks along the beach lined with beautiful hotels.

Cons: there was renovation work happening, every breakfast and lunch at the restaurant was extremely marred by constant drilling noises. The main building is covered up due to renovations and overall it just looks bad because of all the renovation, i feel they can avoid this disappointment by letting people know upfront that they're holding renovations in these months.

Overall good value for money. Pleasant stay.

Pros: Travelled in January. Large resort with many options on how to spend the day. Good pools and beach not crowded. Good overall food options at the main restaurant. Friendly staff willing to accommodate requests. Good animation team/entertainment both day and night.

Cons: Very disturbing with the people from V spa constantly asking about signing up for treatments. They’d come up several times each day and some wouldn’t take a polite no on the first go. I would prefer if Pyramisa banned them from their property, the spa is basically on the premises so anyone who is interested in treatment can arrange so easily.

Lovely stay and staff - will recommend!

Pros: The staff was super friendly, Ahmed at the reception very helpful and all the guys at the bars and restaurant very friendly and nice. The animation team was also nice and not bothering in case you didn’t wanna join the activities. The food was good, maybe the menu was more structured towards Russian clients and not very European/arabic. They text you everyday from reception to make sure your stay is going smoothly and ask if you need anything. I’ve got my hairdryer replaced in 10 min because it stopped working. Thank you everyone!

Cons: The resort had ongoing work and construction since they are renovating for the summer season. there were noises everyday till late and was a bit annoying but if you stay on the beach you couldn’t hear it. Also the property was a bit old and needed works done (which they are doing), lifts not working all the time etc.
