A Wonderful Stay with Thoughtful Service

Pros: We had a wonderful and enjoyable stay at the hotel for a week. Even at check-out, the hotel manager, Mr. Salah Elsaged, kindly prepared a packed meal for us so that we could eat at the airport. We will definitely visit again. Thank you very much.

We would certainly return, good option for travel time from Marsa Alam airport, good quality for money

Pros: Very large, spacious hotel. Room great size. We had a marina view hotel, which was actually a good choice, away from the pools and noise. Staff all helpful and friendly. Spa service was good- we booked a package of three massages. My masseuse Fatima was fantastic. Marina just five minute walk with shops and bar which made a pleasant walk in the evening.

Cons: The food was a bit repetitive and a bit of a crowd/queues, particularly at breakfast. Quality of drinks decent. Great Coffee at Lookout Bar
