Amazing location and beautiful facility!! Would definitely come back.

Pros: Beautiful facility with all the flowers. Everything’s beautifully decorated! Amazing beach area, with the jetty. Pool area really nice. Amazing location. Lovely staff. Amazing dive Center at the resort.

Cons: To bad there’s almost no egyptian food at the buffet restaurant.

Great value for money near the Marsa Alam Airport

Pros: Large room, large compound, large pools, nice sea access and jetty, sunrise and sunset. Great buffet with ripe fruits, varied fare. Very hot weather but dry.

Cons: I caught a very unpleasant intestinal bug there I think (became sich within 18 hours of checking in), which in Egypt is commonplace with white people who indulge with uncoocked foods... The buffet was too tempting... It resoved after 48 hours but prevented me from using the facility properly, the scuba diving, which I would have done otherwise. Decoration is a bit dated, esp. in the common areas, and the place is quite crowded, do not expect a romantic getaway there, except at the end of the jetty!

Wonderful resort and great, friendly staff

Pros: Mr Hassan and his collegues from the reception, and also all the other employees at the resort, are very kind and friendly. Every time I'm there, they truly do their very best, to make my stay the most comfortable as possible. I love the spacious, comfortable and light rooms. It's very clean everywhere. The food is great. Fayrouz has a very nice house reef for snorkeling, and it's great that Marsa Mubarak is only 20 min walk away: this is a bay where there are big sea turtles. I keep coming back, and now my friends are too.

Surprising Experience

Pros: Felt like in heaven! Every staff here is super nice and always take care of the guest. The room is big and quite and clean. Every service gives guests a wonderful experience. There are also some shows every day, making my journey full of joy. Absolutely will come back if I return to Port Ghalib!

Pros: Very good value for the money. Good food, gluten free and lactose free available: just ask Ahmed head chef (he's in the main restaurant, he's a long chef hat always around the buffet checking everything is OK), he was very helpful and prepared me pizza and pancake (in the morning).

The ultimate place for sun, sea and snorkelling at the red sae.

Pros: Very well organised. Huge choice of local and international meals and food, all prepared with lots of taste and flavour. Staff was very friendly and helpful. And amazingly they give a very personal touch to the service. This hotel has its own house reef for diving and snorkelling. In short exquisite place for anyone looking for a fantastic holiday at the red sea.

Amazing stay!!

Pros: The location was so perfect. Was a really easy walk to see the dugongs at Marsa Murubak! No need to book a tour. The hotels private because was incredible with the most beautiful reefs full of marine life

Pros: All things there was excellent, specially the stuff of panorama restaurant when I request from them to make surprise to my wife in her birthday. They are welcome and made excellent birthday show.
