Good food and service and beautiful reef.

Pros: Good food and service. Cocktails on the terrace were fine. Beautiful reef. We saw a large sea turtle on our last day of snorkeling.

Cons: Wine could be better. In previous years live music on the terrace on (almost) every night. This year sometimes not.

I’ll be back and it’s not a threat 😉

Pros: I’m extremely happy with my stay. Starting with the perfect location right inside the bay, with an amazing coral reef — I could just put on my wetsuit and walk a couple of minutes before getting into the water. The days were windy, but the bay kept us nicely protected. It’s also very close to the airport, which makes everything super easy and convenient. The room was big and spacious, with a lovely terrace. And let’s not even get started on the food — the quality and the variety for the price is absolutely outstanding. I’d really like to highlight how kind the staff are. They’re not just polite — I’ll say it again — they’re truly extremely kind. A special thank you to Mr. Harb for his professionalism.

Cons: I should have stayed longer, but I’ve already picked the dates for when I’m coming back.

Great vacation

Pros: The food was good. Aqua-park was bonus, enjoyed a lot.. no line to wait at this time of year. Room was spacious. Internet was ok. Staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Fathy at the reception and diver instructor Hamada.

Great stay with a wonderful bay.

Pros: Food was tasty and changed every day. The beach is wonderful, excellent snorkelling right in the bay and so many fish! Great events put on by the animation team as well. Rooms were comfortable and spacious.

Cons: The aircon control panel in the room was broken and would change by itself so overnight the room might get very hot or very cold. There's a gap between 5 and 6:30pm when you can't get food anywhere - and that's peak snack time! I also got sick from the food but this happens in every resort and I had plenty of medication with me to help.

Pros: Staff were friendly and supportive, especially Mr. Reda Tahoun, who solved promptly a payment issue during check-in and upgraded my room to much better view. Also, he extended check out time and gave me some beautiful gifts in checkout. Food, facilities, beach, pools, and animation daily activities were great 👍 Super recommended

Cons: We faced AC issues a couple of times. However, the maintenance team solved the issue quickly.

Pros: Excellent hotel facilities and entertainment program. Excellent staff very friendly very helpful and responsive. The Aqua is amazing. Food was great 👍 Room service is great. The staff at the restaurant were very helpful especially with the children and always offered help.
