Extremely comfortable and relaxed

Pros: The overall feel is very luxurious, everything looks neat and clean, it is spacious and although it’s a big property it never feels crowded or noisy. It was an extremely relaxing holiday due to the super attentive staff. They are there to help and they are friendly and happy in a good way. The food is also way better than expected from an all in concept. It is freshly prepared, plenty of choice, lots of healthy choices and you can see that they put effort and love in it, also having an eye for reducing food waste. We will definitely come back.

Cons: Sometimes there was a bit of a weird smell from the airco, but we didn’t have to use it a lot as the weather was mild.

Pros: This was our third stay at this hotel. We are highly satisfied.

Cons: At first, we encountered some problems with the selection of the room, but the matter was quickly and successfully resolved.

Pros: Superb services, Great people working at the hotel.

Cons: People try to Reserve sunbeds. There are notes that this is not allowed but the service should be more stricted and take the towels away if no one is there

Pros: It’s a great hotel but what makes it really exceptional are the people. The staff is super friendly and kind without being fake. They really grow on you during your stay and I miss them already 😭. It’s a beautiful hotel, great food, best service and the beach is great for snorkeling. I lived every bit of it and I can’t wait to come back again.

Cons: Nothing. The only thing I missed were small villages nearby where you can find local shops typical for Egypt. I thought port ghalib would be such a place but it’s also just tourist shops.

Pros: Entire hotel and everything around was very clean, all the people working in the hotel are trully open and The hospitality is huge. This is my second stay with familly in that hotel and once again it was great. Thank You Jaz Maraya. Maybe we will see each other for the third time 😄

Marvelous stay and luxurious accommodation

Pros: Design, services, food quality and variety, perfect wifi, very helpful and friendly staff

Cons: The beach was distant and not that much good for snorkeling and the location is very far from the main activities that are requested for marsa Alam as sharm elloly was 90 Mins by car

Beautiful, friendly, modern, clean with breathtaking sea views.

Pros: What I love about the area is that there is a long walkway (2km) running through all the hotels on the bay, so you can take long walks in the evenings or a jog in the morning. There are several options where you can get into the sea (jetty or via the beach in the bay), depending on the wind situation. Having a heated pool was also very useful in February!

Cons: It’s a bit of a walk to the beach.

Very nice stay

Pros: Very friendly staff At reception in restaurants poolbar . If you did not find the right food for you in main restaurant , than there is possibility of good italian , tepaniaki, egyptian , azian restaurants . Nice pool good diving center . Super seaview .

Cons: There could be a larger , better choice of wines .( to pay extra for of course )

Really good stay. We would come back. Great for families

Pros: The staff was really attentive and super friendly. Food was very good. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The reef was ok. Aquapark was nice. The fact you could use facilities of all Jaz hotels was a big plus.

Cons: Wi-fi needs to be much better and stable. The hotel is front at the cliff , so it is very windy. For end of May it was ok, but we Had 1-2 days when we used pools in other hotels due to strong wind. It could be an issue in winter months.
