Cons: Sauna and hamam should be free of charge Bar should be open after 00:00 The quality of shows should be increased

Pros: Excellent service from all members of staff throughout the whole complex. Special thanks to Mohammad and Mahmood for providing outstanding room cleaning service and to Farah for making sure everything ran smoothly for us during our stay.

Cons: Just a suggestion to be even more green: reduce the number of plastic bottles used for water. Maybe provide reusable bottles for guests to refill throughout the site with your logo which would then also promote your brand throughout Europe when guests use them at home later.

Pros: Very good service and nice hotel with best facilities. According to my experience this is best place to stay in Marsa Alam

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect — the resort, the hygiene, the services, everything. Couldn’t ask for more!

Cons: The only negative point was the clinic: zero stars. They try to scam you with exaggerated prices, caring only about profit instead of your health.

This is our second time here and we have spent very beautiful days.I hardly recommend this place.

Pros: There are a lots of different restaurants. Food is very good and diversified. Staff is very nice and kind, and always ready to help, especially Farah at the reception. 3rd stay in this resort, and I will come back for sure.

Cons: The rooms, as well as both the Tagine and Cardamom restaurants, are in clear need of renovation. The interiors feel outdated and would greatly benefit from modernization to enhance comfort and ambiance. \t•\tBoth Tagine and Cardamom restaurants would also benefit from a revised menu, introducing more variety and freshness that reflects current culinary standards and guest expectations. \t•\tSpecifically, the food quality at Cardamom Restaurant needs improvement. More attention should be paid to the ingredients used and the presentation of the dishes. The flavors and plating did not reflect the standard we anticipated, especially compared to the exceptional service elsewhere in the hotel.
