Pros: The bay where the hotel is located is fantastic. There are seven hotels, all connected to each other, and you can walk for several kilometers. You can always find a spot sheltered from the wind, even on the beach, and enjoy beautiful swims in the sea. Special thanks to the hotel's entertainment staff: MaMo, Hisham, Ruby, Anija, Bassant, Paula, Pesha, and everyone else. With their cheerfulness and professionalism, they made our holiday wonderful. The food was excellent, with a wide variety every day. The staff was always very kind, helpful, and professional. Plus, everything was very clean and well-maintained.

Cons: I only suggest installing toilets near the beach.

Pros: Excellent service, clean rooms and common areas, really good variety of food, beautiful house reef. Would come again

Cons: The ground floor rooms with seaside view can be a bit noisy because of poor soundproofing from the corridor, the main restaurant could have better ventilation - the smell of frying fat was noticeable. Diving center overpriced compared to other places

Pros: Mohammed Tarek (customer relations) was extremely helpful and polite, which is valid for the whole staff.

Cons: Lack of soundblocking patio doors, kids' shouting at 6.30am and disco at 10.30pm was pretty disturbing.

Pros: Great hotel in a super nice location, just a few kilometers from the airport. The facilities are amazing. The water park, pools, and entertainment program are excellent, offering countless leisure activities. The hotel's beach is wonderful and borders directly on coral reefs, perfect for snorkeling and observing sea turtles. There is a jogging and walking trail along the bay. The food is good, with a wide selection of fruits and vegetables, as well as delicious desserts. The staff and the animation team are amazing, very friendly, and extremely helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Tarek from Guest Relations, who did everything he could to make the stay as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation.

This hotel is amazing!

Pros: This hotel is amazing! You can go diving and snorkeling directly from the property, which is very convenient. I especially love the restaurant’s big terrace—it’s wonderful to enjoy the view while eating. The snacks on the beach are great, and the other meals are also very tasty. Overall, a fantastic experience.

A great hotel !

Pros: The access to the beach and the large room are amazing. There was a wide variety of food, and it was always possible to find something good to eat. There were different activities every night and great entertainment. The staff were always friendly and available. The property was maintained daily, and the place was clean. If you are looking for a family-friendly environment with all the comforts, this is the place.
