Nice hotel and a good place for your money. The New Year’s Eve party was amazing.
Pros: The staff is very kind with excellent service. We mostly recommend our host Omar, who was always trying to solve any issues. Especially when we needed medical assistance, he coordinated a doctor in a swift way.
Cons: There was a miscommunication with regard to the booking of the junior suite, but this was solved by the check in staff and manager.

Memorable stay!!
Pros: We had a really great stay at Dar El Madina Resort, everything was perfect, from the service, cleanliness and especially the kindness of the staff, to the food & beverage at the restaurant/beach bar, and all the activities they organize everyday. A special thanks to Omar, customer care manager of the resort, always willing to taking care of us and all the guests, you are an angel!! We really appreciated your job making our stay comfortable and wonderful! 🙏 Thank you so much again and can't wait to be back soon!! ☺️

Amazing stay
Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Jaz Neo Dar El Madina! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The small scale of the hotel created a peaceful and personal atmosphere, which we really appreciated. No mass tourism here – just a relaxed environment where everything was perfectly taken care of. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone was always smiling and genuinely did their best to make our stay enjoyable. That sincere hospitality truly made our experience special. The facilities were excellent as well. The rooms were spacious and spotless, the pool was well maintained, and the food was delicious – with a great variety of dishes every day. The location was ideal too: quiet, yet close to the beach and the other Jaz hotels, which guests can also enjoy. We truly enjoyed our holiday here and would highly recommend Jaz Neo Dar El Madina to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-organized vacation in Egypt. We will definitely come back!

Relaxing holiday
Pros: Services and food were very good. Kassem at the reception was very nice during all the stay, thoughtful and precise.

Pros: The Aqua, the beach, the service are very good. You will never feel bored.
Cons: The maintenance in general requires more attention, alot of stuff inside the room required fixing from the door, the toilets even the room phone was broken and difficult to reach the reception also the aqua some of the slides were not operating due to problem in the water pumps, hope next time they put more attention to maintenance. Also the breakfast options was not very good. The swimming pool is too small.

An unforgettable stay
Pros: An Unforgettable Stay! My children and I had a truly wonderful time during our stay. The reception was warm and welcoming, and every member of the staff — from the front desk to housekeeping — was incredibly professional and kind. The restaurant offered a great variety of delicious food, and the quality was excellent. The aqua park and swimming pools were fantastic — fun, clean, and safe for kids of all ages. A big thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable. This definitely won’t be our last visit — we’ll be back very soon, God willing!
