Great location, helpful staff, and convenient for Aswan city centre
Pros: The location was very good, and the place itself had everything we needed. It’s quite strategic if you want to visit Aswan city centre, as it’s easy to get around from here. The staff were very kind and always happy to help and offer support, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Pros: Great location. Out of the bazaar but close enough.
Cons: Tricky to find the location as it’s through a little alleyway of shoes. No lift.

Excellent value
Pros: The location near the Corniche and in downtown Aswam. Clean comfortable room, friendly and helpful responsive staff. The hotel arranged an airport pick up for me which was great as the hotel entrance is down a small alley Excellent value.
Cons: I did not dislike anything but it is best to know the Hotel is on the 4th floor and has no lift, and also cars cannot park outside the entrance.

Pros: Our experience began much earlier, when we were still in Luxor and Salma was readily available to provide support as we had a problem with the Luxor driver. From then on, she started organizing all our tours, always very available and willing to ask for any inconveniences. The location of the hotel is excellent! The outside really makes an impact. But when we arrived at the hotel floor, the environment is clean, the staff is polite and welcoming. My bathroom was shared but was kept clean at all times. Impeccable. The breakfast was very good. 12:00 they knocked on the door and offered me another cup of coffee. I left at 2:00 in the morning, the reception prepared my coffee to take away. Without a doubt, it is an economical option, and excellent for those who want to explore the city, with excellent quality service and support. The best service in Egypt, without a doubt! I hope to come back more often. Thank you for everything
Cons: Only the outside makes an impact when we arrive, but that's because the hotel is located at the beginning of the tourist street, where there are galleries and shops. Nothing that interferes with practice, on the contrary, this \

Pros: A fantastic stay at this guesthouse in Aswan! The location is very convenient—within walking distance to KFC and downtown. The staff were exceptionally helpful, arranging tours and reliable drivers for Aswan, Abu Simbel, and Luxor. They even prepared a packed breakfast for early departures. Note: you’ll need to climb three floors of stairs and carry your luggage yourself, but the comfortable rooms and welcoming service make it absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

Great hospitality and very helpful staff
Pros: We had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Aswan. What really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to assist us with arranging tours and reliable drivers, which made our time in Aswan smooth and stress-free. On days when we had early morning tours, they even prepared packed breakfasts for us, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and warm hospitality. Highly recommended for travelers looking for helpful staff and good local support.
Cons: There is no elevator, so guests need to climb about three floors using the staircase, but it was manageable for us.

Attentive staff, clean rooms. Hard to find on your own, can get noisy at night.
Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful, rooms are comfortable. The day I visited Abu Simbel, I had told the reception staff I was getting picked up very early in the morning, and they were really attentive and brought breakfast to my room before I left.
Cons: The hotel is located in a shared building so it can get a little noisy at night. One night, they started doing what sounded like construction work at 2-3 a.m., which woke me up right away and made it difficult to go back to sleep. Also, the hotel is not easy to find, there's an alley between some stores and there you'll find the stairs going up to the hotel, but there's no sign on the street so I had to ask around in order to reach it.

Pros: Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly even preparing a breakfast box for us for our early wakeup and refusing to take a tip for looking after our luggage. The room itself was clean and we got a room with a private bathroom but do note there are rooms with a shared bathroom. Do not expect a nice hotel but rather a simple guest house which is functional and good value for money. We stayed one night only to sleep and it was good for that.
Cons: The location was right above a bustling market and was confusing to get to the first time we arrived (the bazaar itself was quite good to visit though and felt authentic). This also meant it was very noisy in the room at night so keep this in mind if you're a light sleeper.
