Overall a nice hotel

Pros: - spacious and clean rooms - nice large bathroom - comfortable beds - well maintained common areas

Cons: - the food was just ok, but after a couple of days one feels like eating something better, coffee just from Nescafé machines, - limited hours of meals, e.g. breakfast until 10 am sharp, they switch off the lights to make people leave, or if you come back to the hotel after 9 pm there is no chance to eat anything, - it is an isolated resort and it is not allowed to go to other resorts along the beach so it feels like confinement, - the hotel doesn’t have a bay and you access the water from the pier, the lifeguard there is unpleasant and disturbing, also there is often red flag due to wind.

Great time in a great hotel

Pros: thank you to the entire hotel team for a wonderful stay. special thanks to the reception, where Kiro, Hani and Shazly are very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, I especially appreciated the large selection for vegetarians. The restaurant also has very friendly staff. Amer was very nice to my niece and she liked him very much. Overall, the hotel has a magical atmosphere and, most importantly, everything is beautifully clean!

Pros: This is you my first visit and the reception was good from the staff and they welcomed and received well and handed me the room before the appointment and throughout the stay the help from the staff was good to provide the available amenities and the place is clean and good and the restaurant and the types of food provided are good and the evening entertainment is good the pool is also good and clean

Cons: Aqua games are good, but very few, air conditioning in the rooms is not good and needs to be renovated to match the high temperature and humidity of the atmosphere, as well as attention to the general view of the garden, and the lighting at night is not good

Pros: The staff is very helpful and works like a bee. The cleanes is excellent. The restaurant is very clean and has variety of food.

Cons: I recommend to put a bathroom on the beach instead of going to the pool.

Cons: The beach was rocky and couldn't enjoy swimming especially childrens

Pros: Everything here is great, the service is excellent and the staff are really nice, especially in the main restaurant and the nut bar. The waiter is Hamada Al-Sudani.he is really nice guy

Pros: The best pastry/dessert chefs EVER! Incredible. Very big resort lots of facilities. Good reef. Fantastic staff. Good value. Upgraded to massive family room.

Cons: Snorkeling was limited to 50m from pier which we found frustrating. The resort is very large and busy, not quite our vibe.
