Jasmine Palace Resort

Pros: Good location and facilities. Friendly and supportive staff. Kitchen staff very polite and nice. Pools and other facilities good. Food was great and late breakfast and late dinner is good option to have. Packed breakfast and packed lunch if you are not in is great option to have.

Cons: Booked all inclusive however not all was included, some extra drinks or fresh juices/alcohol has to pay seprate. In house spa cost is extra expensive.

Beautiful hotel a recommended one.

Pros: Place was clean cozy and comfy, inexpensive, staff was friendly, food was delicious, entertainment for both kids and adults, next to the red sea beach, loads of outside activities we could acesss right at the hotel.

Cons: Poor wifi in rooms, if you love tv there's nothing other than 3 channels all in Arabic.

Beautiful place to holiday.

Pros: I loved the ambience and rhe beauty of the place..the beds were comfy. The rooms are spacious and place is clean. The food was great, the pool was clean, daily entertainment for the kids and adults. I loved the staff were friendly. If you are into many activities the staff have a spa, quad biking, watching dolfins, camel and horse riding services right at the hotel so things were made easy. I will most definitely come back.

Cons: All the tv channels were in Arabic and nothing for the children. The wifi is so poor I could only access it outside my room. Most staff cant speak English so communication wasn't so easy sometimes. The staff expects daily tipping, for every small thing tipping is expected it felt like a rip off sometimes.

An enjoyable family stay!

Pros: Overall, it’s a very nice resort, well designed and maintained. Green spaces are beautifully crafted. Our Deluxe Double rooms were spacious and comfy, clean and nicely furnished. Pools and beaches are nice and well kept too. We liked the sea swimming area, and the proximity of the kite surfing school, which we made a good use of. Food was great, diverse and tasty. Majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s been an enjoyable week.

Cons: Too many simple things or services were extra and not exactly cheap, almost more expensive than the UK or France equivalent. We tried 2 theme restaurants but weren’t impressed so we cancel the 3rd.

Pros: Clean space , working people are so nice friendly and helping Beach front was nice Food was amazing

Lovely relaxing stay but here you are isolaed from the “real” Egypt

Pros: Well tended green spaces and beautifully maintained swimming pools.

Cons: Nothing.

Excellent resort

Pros: Everything, however there are things that can improve, new bed covers and sheets, they are old and bobbly. A prayer room is a must in the resort, it’s such a shame the resort is huge but not one prayer room available. Game room needs upgrading. Drinks need more variety. And more towel stations. Breakfast can have more variety, but overall it’s very good.

Cons: Bedsheets and covers.

Pros: Food - animation team - cleanliness - heated pool - amazing beach with snorkeling

Cons: Need some bigger kids area

We had a wonderful stay at the resort.

Pros: The place is beautiful, and the facilities and staff very good and nice. The food was very good, we we’re with a group of 17 women and we all had the best time.

Pros: Everything was amazing. Especially the staff. Everything was clean and shine. The food was tasty and diverse.
