Pros: A very pleasant hotel with a beautiful, well-maintained territory and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. There were no crowds in the restaurant, by the pools, or on the beach, which was very important for us. The food was tasty and varied, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Special thanks to Melad Gerges, Desk Manager — an extremely polite, professional, and responsible person. He was always ready to help, quickly resolved any questions, and genuinely cared about the comfort of the guests. Thanks to people like him, the stay leaves only the best impressions. We definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return again.

Lovely family holiday, enjoyed stay at Long Beach.

Pros: Excellent beach and pool. Lot of options for food and drink. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Very good service.

Pros: The food is delicious and there is a wide variety to choose from. The pool and its surroundings are beautiful. There are many options for restaurants and shopping. The staff is kind and friendly.

Cons: The drink selection is limited and the quality is not very good. There are only a few cocktails available. The massage was quite expensive and did not meet my expectations.

Pros: Excellent level of service, great and super-helpful staff, delicious food with vast selection of options to choose from, beautiful and practical arrangement of the whole place - rooms, pools, beach. My stay was glorious and I'd recommend this place! P.s. some reviews had info about Wi-Fi, that is not accessible in the rooms. Either it's outdated or I was just lucky, but Wi-Fi coverage was surprisingly broad and stable, with WiFi available even at the beach.

Cons: Not a bad part of hotel at all, just for information - after the sunset flies and mosquitos are getting quite active, so don't forget to close the windows or use some spray or anything like this!

The facilities are beautiful, the beach is stunning, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and welcoming. What truly made the trip special, though, was the incredible staff. I want to extend a HUGE thank you to Abram, Milad, Mohamed, Beshoy, and George Kamel — your kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality truly made me feel at home. Pros: Everything is beyond the realm of possibility. Really it was happy and exciting trip, my family had fun and the games were varied and very safe. The beach is exceptional (specially in Hurghada) The buffet is constantly varied and I always find a lot of things that I love and that taste great. Cleanliness everywhere and high service to satisfy the customer no matter the circumstances. I want to thank all the stuff 🙏 😍💐 everyone THANKS ALOT. For me, I rate the resort and stuff more than 5 stars.

Amazing Stay

Pros: As we booked through booking.com, we had unlimited use of a la carte restaurants, which we utilised every evening as there were lots of options! Amazing facilities - countless pools! Large report so very handy having transport buggies/buses frequently. Hotel app very handy for updates, activities, bookings & bus tracking. Would definitely stay again!

Cons: Only reason for scoring 9 instead of 10 is that everything closes at 11 - not always a bad thing, but something to bare in mind
