Wonderful time, hospitality at its finest

Pros: The staff did everything they could to make our stay a luxury! The room was clean and the beds were comfy, the swimming pools are designed in a very good way, with plenty of spaces for chairs, umbrellas and swimming areas for children as well. There are a lot of activities, d.h. You will not need to leave the resort, there is a very well equipped gym, table tennis, indoors swimming pool, billiards, shopping area, a private beach, animation, tennis courts, you name it! Food was very good for the price paid, all inclusive. I certainly recommend it

Cons: There are plenty of choices for the drinks with every meal, however, it would be amazing to add raw fresh juices to the menu, at least with breakfast.

Very good experience

Pros: Food was excellent, staff were amazing, couldn't do enough to help you. Life guards very attentive. Reception staff helpfully. Bar and wait staff work hard. Chefs do amazing job always checking food and replensing. If you need something it's there. Main pool was nice and warm. Beer was good. Cocktails ok. Bottled water. Room cleaned everyday. Sheets changed if requested.

Cons: Children's club was a little worn with broken equipment and had no activity program eg pirate day, space day, world day. Could be made more exciting and welcoming for children. Children's pool was freezing. Was a bit far from marina but wasn't too expensive in taxi. No chips or nuggets for childen in evening. Only 2 sockets had to put kettle on floor. Bring an extension lead. Sheets were bobbly sometimes when changed

Nice place

Pros: Location, quality of food, rooms, friendly staff, heated pool.

Cons: Long distance from reception & main restaurant to beach, with 1 only shuttle bus with working hours that do not cover the whole day (after breakfast / before dinner). You can still request a golf cart from reception, but it takes some time. Not a lot of food options (only 1 restaurant open per meal). Animation team isn’t too active, not a lot of organised activities. Receptionists & staff were generally friendly but with some exceptions, and sometimes not very supportive. Beach isn’t too wide, mostly rocky.

Pros: It was a very nice time at Azur. The personnel were very kind and helpful. Special thanks to Rahman Muhammed and Nashat Samet for being helpful and kind. Food and beverages were good.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and cooperative; they helped me find a charging spot for my EV at no extra cost. with scrumptious food varieties and beverages. The heated pool in this weather helped us enjoy swimming. The hotel decorations in this Christmas season made the place cozy.

Cons: The resort is very spacious; it can take you 10 minutes to walk from the lobby to the beach, which is fine, but with having elders with limited mobility with us, we had to request the buggy each time to commute. I recommend having a shuttle buggy operating at all times with 10-minute intervals.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hurghada! Thank you and see you next year for a new adventure full of memories.

Pros: Very good service in all areas - reception, restaurant bars etc A very high standard and good attention to detail. Very clean and well maintained Nothing left to chance or to look bad to the customer. Happy staff and always polite

Cons: Nothing in respect of the hotel. No, it's not 4* as we would expect in a European City - but it comes close. Midges and mosquitoes at night are quite numerous and persistent ... But this isn't the hotels fault !!

Pros: location, sea, services, staff plus they upgrade my room for free in check-in

Cons: just air condition in room old with high noise same for refrigerator too and didn't complain about this because weather is good
