Would go again

Pros: I like the beach and the pool. Breakfast haf plenty of variety.

Cons: The cleaning wasn’t great . The customer service was pleasant but didn’t go beyond that.

Pros: Thanks for Mr Omar in reception. He has been friendly and helpful. The view from the room was amazing, the hotel was clean, and the restaurant had a good variety of food.

Pros: The room was not clean as expected, the hotel was under renovation, the hotel room was old style even the furniture was old

Cons: Excelkent location, beach and facilities, the food was great, the A/C in the room was perfect, the staff was cooperating and friendly

Pros: The location was very beautiful and clean. The staff at Mercure were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was diverse and absolutely delicious. We stayed in room 1902 with an amazing sea view. The cleaning / service staff member for our building was exceptional. Mohammed (hopefully I write his name correct) is incredibly kind, helpful, and hardworking. He truly made our stay so much better. His creative work in our room made us smile every time we returned. We would honestly come back to this hotel just because of Mohammed’s excellent service.

Cons: Literally nothing to say thats negative.

Pros: The private beach, heated pool, the security, the location ( close to the airport and Hurghada city ), the view, activities, the varied meals and friendliness of the staff.

Cons: Rooms need to be refreshed a bit but the hotel is working on it.

Pros: Clean sea-view room with balcony, lovely beach on-site and also two lovely pools. All-inclusive restaurant has a huge selection of food so was great for five nights.

Pros: Good location near airport and Marina. Food very tasty. Staff professional and friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr Hany and Mr Mohammed in the restaurant, Mr Hesham at reception, Ms Bassant in the spa, and Ms Veronica in guest relations for making our stay so relaxing.

Cons: Room floor was dusty when we arrived and checked in but they responded and cleaned it. No Wi-Fi in rooms and TV reception was patchy. There was a very large group during part of our stay and the restaurant was too small for the number of people, leading to a lot of commotion and overcrowding at buffet. I appreciate that there are renovations going on however.

Pros: The hotel was very nice and the staff lovely. The hotel is 3 floors but no lift. I found that there was no milk until i realised there are coffee mate sachets. Food was very good including sit down meal or buffet for evening dinner. I booked half board and this was enough for me. Checked out by 12 but did not have to leave till 5 for the airport and the hotel did not mind me waiting in the lounge until then and put my luggage in the hold room.
