it was really nice

Pros: the shows were really fun and always domething else. with food you dont need to worry it has a lot of options and really good, we liked the asian restaurant the best. the rooms were clean and were cleaned everyday.

Pros: My stay at El Batros Aqua blue was fantastic. The hotel is very clean, the facilities are excellent, the aqua Blue is amazing, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Food quality and variety were also very good, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable and comfortable. Special thanks to Chef Moamen in the main restaurant for his professionalism, kindness, and excellent food.

Cons: The only area that could be improved is the entertainment programs. The activities and evening shows were limited and not very engaging compared to the high level of the rest of the services. Enhancing the entertainment programs would make the experience even better.

Nice stay, food could improve

Pros: The room was fine and the bathroom very big and comfortable. My favorite was the bakery to eat sweets in the night, a lot of variety and the taste was ok.

Cons: The restaurants were just ok, I expected better quality and taste for what we're paying. It's a tropical buffet where quantity is more than quality.

Cons: Beach too far. Shuttle service takes up to 20mins to pick you up. Beach not very nice and it's located in another Pickalbatros Beach resort at 600 m. Some members of the staff not very helpful. Some look like they don't want to work.
