Pros: The property is very spacious, clean, good facilities and good food

Cons: We were a bit disappointed that the sport classes were only available to certain clients (Apollo Group) and this wasn’t informed at the check-in, only the fitness room was available. Another point was the poor quality of the wine which was included in the All-inclusive package. Also, the New Years’ party wasn’t for our taste (I know very particular opinion) but there wasn’t any countdown and fireworks started 3min after midnight which was very disappointing, special for the kids.

Despite some disadvantages, we truly enjoyed our vacation

Pros: We stayed at the hotel with our family and friends at the end of October. We had a night flight and were able to check into our room at 7 a.m., which was very nice. Our friends arrived the next day, and at our request, they were accommodated in the same building with us. The rooms are comfortable, although they could use some renovation and updates — but it wasn’t a big issue for us. The food was excellent! There are four restaurants on the territory, so everyone can choose what they like best. The area is large and green, with plenty of swimming pools. From 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. they serve ice cream, and there’s also a snack bar near the water park with fast food. The animators and staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and had a wonderful vacation!

Cons: The beach is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, but you have to cross two roads to get there. There is a pedestrian crossing, but cars rarely stop, so it doesn’t feel completely safe. There is also a shuttle bus to the beach every 15 minutes, but it’s always crowded. Another major downside was that we stayed in room 4257, and there were construction and renovation works going on in the building across from us. There was a constant smell of gas, noise, and frequent welding works, which made it uncomfortable.
