Nice family vacation

Pros: Positives: The hotel is nice and large, with plenty of activities for children. We enjoyed the water slides, evening entertainment, and mini golf. What impressed us the most was the cleanliness of the entire resort, which was at an excellent level. Thanks to the size of the area, there were always enough sunbeds, and long queues never formed. The food was tasty. Room was incredible - 100m2, clean with good position. We rate the Cappuccino Bar the highest, where the coffee and pastries were very tasty throughout the day, and the staff was very kind. We also really liked the kids' club (the animators Gabby and Wendy were great).

Cons: Negatives: We liked the sea less, as we had experienced more beautiful ones in Egypt before. Some parts of the beach (especially around the pier) were not well maintained. We missed having more music (most of the time there was almost none) – by the pools, in the bars, restaurants...Some pools are in urgent need of renovation. The worst experience was our visit to Saya Spa – poor quality of both the salon and the spa services. We repeatedly complained about the services provided (a 20-minute massage instead of 45 minutes, a 60-minute Hammam instead of 90, poor quality manicure and pedicure, etc.). There was no relaxing music playing anywhere, and the whole environment felt unpleasant. The only positive experience was with the hair salon and hairdressing services. Additionally, the salon staff repeatedly asked for tips, by the way, they were the only employees in the entire resort to do so. Considering the amount we paid (€450), we definitely had higher expectations, and we certainly wouldn't use these services again.

Nice family and fun hotel

Pros: The hotel is beautiful, big and all inclusive. My room was upgraded by the reception staff. The aqua park is new and fun for adults and children. The swimming pools are varied and multiple throughout the hotel. There is an adjacent hotel called Albatros Palace. You can use all the hotel services, whether the swimming pool, the sea or the food.There are snacks on the beach, There are parties after dinner for adults and children. The staff are friendly throughout the hotel. There are football and golf fields for children. There is a specialized clinic inside the resort and I thank Dr. Suham who is in the clinic a thousand times. The sea is beautiful and clean. Cons: Some of the hotel's swimming pools are not clean.

Pros: We had a wonderful vacation at this hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you goes to Mr. Ahmed Elghonim and Mr. Tarek Allam, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to accommodate our requests made a real difference and added a personal touch to our trip. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable stay.
