Super resort! ... and the weather fantastic!

Pros: The staff, the food and the location was very super. The accommodation is great, clean, and the staff are helpful and guest-oriented. The meals are varied, plentiful, and of good quality. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. There are plenty of opportunities for both children and adults to relax. The beach is good for both young and old.

Cons: More attention should be paid to avoiding non-smokers and smokers! People often smoked at outdoor tables while 10-12 small children were eating at nearby tables! Just a suggestion: it would be good to train and select animators from among local Egyptian youth. This would mean development for many local young people and would also be better for guests. Everything that young animators, mainly from Europe, do could also be done by young Egyptians! I have seen very good examples of this in several hotels.

For heated pool, waterpark sea beach and easy no stress holiday in Hurghada.

Pros: Great location for sun worshippers who want their holiday to be easy. Sea and good, clean beach right outside. Great waterpark. Good restaurants in all inclusive style.

Cons: We traveled with small child and the first night we get very noisy room with DJ playing music loud until 23 and the bar directly beneath. For next night we got nicer, quiet room. So if you want quiet room, ask for it when you book the room.

Fantastic stay and I would recommend

Pros: I really liked the hotel, the food and everyone was really showed fantastic hospitality. Ahmed and Mohammed Mohsen at the reception was fantastic.

Cons: My room was really noisy, I did provide feedback and they did offer for me to change my room but it was an unconvinced to re pack everything up.

Pros: This place was amazing! It was clean, the staff were amazing the rooms were cleaned every day with a different animal hand made by towels on our beds, the pools were fun the room service was great !!
