Pros: Everything was great. The staff were pleasant and always willing to help - Not one person harassed us for a tip! Ahmed Omar, the manager was kind enough to offer us a late check out and access to other resort until we left for the airport late at night. The wide variety of food in different restaurants was awesome 👌🏽

The perfect holiday for us

Pros: Everything was just perfect: big clean comfortable rooms, great food with many choices, activities for both children and adults. The swimming pools are great. Waiters really nice.

The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and high quality, with great attention to detail. The restaurants, spa, and all services exceeded our expectations. We were especially impressed by how much they care about guest satisfaction. When we come back to Egypt, we will definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you for such a beautiful experience. Cons: SPA offer for massage or sauna very expensive The a la carte restaurants not meeting expectations as the food is well below average and not local. The two see food restaurants we tried, offered salmon and cod as fish options or a sea food pasta. The taste was below average and eating a fish from Nordic sea in Egypt makes no sense. Gym size for such an hotel is very very small

Best vacation , feeling like home

Pros: Conveniently located close to the airport and to the city of Hurghada.Very beautiful and Cosy swimming pool area with heated pool. Different restaurants (all inclusive) so you don’t get board eating at the same buffet every day. Very polite , friendly, caring and helpful staff. Felt very much welcome from the start and got a fantastic room overlooking the pool area !
