Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Resort

Pros: Beautiful hotel, friendly people, warm swimming pool. We tried the food there and liked it.

Pros: My friend got sunburned, and when I went to the reception desk that evening, the clinic was closed. But Kareen, who was at the reception desk just before closing time, took me across the street to buy medicine. I was very grateful.

Great option in Hurghada!

Pros: - very helpful staff, hardworking and friendly. Our host, Kareem, was available through Whatsapp with whatever needs we had, - hotel is kept very clean, - the evening shows were great, various and on a high level, - great option that a guest might use the aqua park in the hotel next door, which has also fine options for kids, - great Asian restaurant with a la cart menu - very good price for the quality you get. I would definitely return if I wanted an uninterrupted careless rest.

Cons: - hotel needs little maintanance works (in our room the lock to balcony needed several trials to lock properly) - the location is a bit far from Hurghada center, but if you do not wish to leave the hotel or you are ready to take a taxi then it is not a problem at all - food was fresh and fine, however I was disappointed with the desserts (good Arabic sweets, but other types were dull, while I am usually a sweet tooth), sushi was bad, with almost no fish in it. - the reef which we saw on a snorkeling trip booked through the Aqua Center was dead, which was huge disappointment for us.

Pros: The hotel is very large and the environment is beautiful. The restaurant is also great. We slept very well every night, and all the staff were very friendly. Overall, we had a very good experience.

Cons: The only thing we didn’t like was that after we checked out, the host kept sending messages asking us to leave a good review, even though we had already told him that we were still travelling and would leave a good comment once we got back. Also, the hotel has many European guests, and a lot of the food is clearly catered to European tastes. There were very few vegetable options suitable for Asian guests.

Pros: This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The range of restaurants is excellent and the service throughout was great. A special mention to Kareem, who was incredibly helpful and made our stay even better. We had a perfect holiday in Hurghada and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons: Nothing, That is perfect !

Pros: All the staff were really friendly and helpful. We really liked Kareem who helped us book our reservations for restaurants and made us feel really welcome. Max was a great part of the animation team and made an effort to talk to us. All the food is really good quality and tasty, so many restaurants to choose from. The drinks were really nice and there were lots of options. The hotel is massive so you can walk around and don’t feel you need to leave, you can also use the hotel next door’s facilities too. Everything was so clean and the rooms were cleaned really well everyday. I don’t think you can find a better hotel for the price!

Cons: We occasionally had upset stomachs and were only eating at the hotel. Not sure where that might have happened but it can be expected when visiting another country. All the food looked as though it was cooked properly.

Our best holiday ever!

Pros: Everything was amazing. Kareem was our helper ha was fantastic organized all our wishes very kind and great at his job! The animators Max, Michaela, Victor the other names i don’t know all were great! The food delicious. All al a carte restaurant were delicious too so much restaurant to choose from. The main restaurant was amazing so much dishes beautiful decoration. We ll be back for sure!

A fantastic and worry free vacation at a beautiful resort!

Pros: Everything was perfectly organized. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the food was good with plenty of variety, and the resort facilities were excellent. A truly relaxing place to stay.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Very enjoyable week in the sun

Pros: Very nice room near the beach and beach bar ( a fair walk from the main reception and restaurant but Kareem Hotel Booking.com guide offered choice of that or half way nearer the pools but we enjoyed being handy for the beach where daily extra 11 am fun foodie events and when wife with some difficulties tired they readily sent the shuttle pickup to collect us. ) Numerous restaurants to choose from and helpful Kareem pointed us in the right direction. Loved the all inclusivity with hotel box global tip at end but happily tipped the odd extra service (apart from our anniversary big spend night at the lobster Ferouka restaurant) Hotel tourist shops pleasant and not too pushy. Staff really efficient and hard working.
