Pros: Fantastic resort for families. Our children had a brilliant holiday. It feels safe, the staff are friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean.

Cons: Food was a little repetitive. Room and pools were a little tired and due refurbishment.

Cons: We didn’t get good and sufficient information at the reception and they were not quite friendly. We visited this resort in the winter and the slides had really cold water.

A magical and unforgettable experience for the whole family.

Pros: The place felt like a beautiful story that the children lived and enjoyed every moment of it. Everything was fun, magical, and full of great memories for them.

Cons: The only sad part was the last few hours before leaving, when the children were crying because they didn’t want the story to end. 🫣

Amazing stay for the second year in a row

Pros: The place was amazing and we had a wonderful stay. This is our second year coming here and once again it did not disappoint. My daughter had a great time and really enjoyed herself. The food was excellent, especially the Egyptian cuisine, which was delicious and very well prepared. The staff were amazing – friendly, welcoming, and always very helpful. You can see they work extremely hard to make guests feel comfortable and happy.

Cons: Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything met our expectations and we were very satisfied with our stay.

Exceptional

Pros: I went there for my son’s first birthday and the staff and everyone working around the complex was very nice and friendly especially the housekeepers Mustafa, Ahmad and Osama they are very kind and very amazing at what they do and we became brothers, the hotel is exceptional the food is amazing you will never go hungry and there is so much to do there, would recommend anyone in taking there children there to have fun very great place and location.

Overall amazing stay, but some improvements needed.

Pros: Amazing staff end to end. Very helpful at check in. Service at restaurants was very good. Amazing world class aqua park, amazing slides, lifts and overall set up was amazing.

Cons: Only 1 baby pool per area was heated, vast majority of pools were not and the water was excessively cold. The slides and pools were not used by the vast majority with everyone flocking to the small pool which was heated. Further pools need to be heated. It was very busy, rates were very high (300£ per night plus) so there is no excuse on cost of heating. Restaurants were good and had good quality food but very repetitive and similar. You will likely get tired of the food after 2 days. Beds were never made tidely to a high standard, infact the bunk was never done.

An excellent family-friendly resort with amazing facilities, great service, and a fun, relaxing atmosphere.

Pros: The resort is extremely well organized, clean, and perfect for families with children. The aquapark is huge and offers plenty of attractions for all ages, while the pools are well maintained and heated, which was great in January. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. The food selection was very good, with a lot of variety, and everything was easily accessible within the resort.

Cons: The resort is very large, so getting around can require a bit of walking, especially with small children. Also, during peak times some restaurants and activities can feel busy, but this is understandable given the size and popularity of the resort.
