We recommend this hotel!

Pros: Our room was perfect and we liked our stay in the hotel. Staff were nice. Shogun live cooking restaurant was nice experience.

Cons: The beach is rocky and at the wintertime would be nice if there were more heated pools (e.g. in Aqua park children pool). At the beach there was plastic straws available and when it was windy, we saw several straws in the sand close to the shore. It would be nice, if resort would consider to replace plastic straws to paper version or not to use those at all, so that harmful plastic would not enter to sea and to jeopardize sealife.

Pros: Staf was very helpful and very organized, especially Mr. Ahmed yosef front office manager, also Food is excellent and every day different varieties. 👌 We like the room after the renovation, good jop.

Pros: Huge territory, super friendly and accommodating staff, food was good quality, but same every day Nice bar at the beach. Pool is nice and spacious, water park was super fun even for adults!

Cons: The beach has lots of stones, even with beach shoes it’s not easy to walk in. Better to use the panton bridge. The beach is always with waves, some days they were quite high

Pros: ​I can't express how much I love this hotel, starting with the receptionist, Mr. Awad, and I want to express how much the hotel was incredibly kid-friendly, and my two young children had a fantastic time (2 and 4 years). \

Cons: Dinner will be perfect if it ends at 10 PM instead of 9 PM, and they need more golf carts for the elders but this wasn't a problem. Also, the variety of food in the Italian restaurant and the Eastern restaurant was the same on some days, but the food was delicious and very good.

Pros: We stayed 3 nights 4 days from 16-19 may we had a pleasant experience with welcomed staff, clean room and good ac, aqua and pool was clean and near to our room its a family hotel and child friendly Overall a good one

Cons: Beach is rocky its not easy to swim there, animation team and entertainment is very weak No varieties in dinner section its almost the same

Amazing Vacation

Pros: Aqua Park is amazing specially the slides for kid,food and snacks taste was good

Cons: It's so hard to find chairs in swimming pool & Aqua park specially that all people put their towels to reserve the chairs ,and if u want it , you have to do the same

Surprisingly amazing!!

Pros: The resort had far exceeded my expectations and delivered beyond 5star in offerings. My family and I had traveled far from Canada and Australia and when we reached Ali Baba resort and staff showcased the true culture, spirit and hospitality of Egypt which changed my view entirely in a positive way. I have worked in 5 star hotels for many years and the team at Reception, restaurant and beach staff was exceptional in their profession! A big thank you to the GM, Ahmed (Front desk) M. Khalil , Mohamed ( restaurant) Alex and Hanna (Beach) as they went over and above to provide every guest a true representation of what Egypt is all about! Thank you!

Pros: Szállás gyönyörű,igényes.Sokkal jobb szobát kaptunk mint amiért fizettünk.Nagyon finom,igényes,ízletes ételek bő választékkal.Séfek képesek exra dolgokat csinálni,hogy kedveskedjenek a vendégeknek!Minden nap más műsort adnak,gyerekekre is külön figyelnek,hogy elkápráztassák őket.Pincérek,felszolgálók a bárokban mosolyognak,segítőkészek.Külön köszönet Ahmed Youssefnek aki készségesen segít mindenben,hogy még csodásabbá tegye az ittlétünket.Rendkívül kedves és segítőkész!!Barátságos,kedves recepciósok, végtelenül türelmesek,segítőkészek.Recepciós hölgynek külön köszönet a sok segítségért!Takarító személyzet gyors,alapos,sgítőkész.!100 %-ban ajánlom mindenkinek ezt a szállodát ahol nem fogja csalódás érni és nem lesz beteg,mint a legtöbb híres szállodában.Mi minden évben ide fogunk visszatérni!!!!
