Best hotel we’ve stayed at!

Pros: Hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff were amazing and so helpful. We had ended up at this hotel as our flight was cancelled and we stuck in Egypt for another 6 days. We were staying at its sister hotel before. I’m so glad we ended up here. We loved it so much we are booking again for this year. Ali looked after us after the stress of the cancelled flight and he was incredible he couldn’t do enough for us and checked in on us to make sure we were okay daily. Honestly if you want a good hotel and brilliant staff this is the one to book. Thank you Ali for making our stay stress free.
