Pros: very big property with a lot of facilities. Beautiful beachfront and big aqua park with too many pools. The all-inclusive buffet where really big deal. And the nicest staff I’ve been ever meet.

Cons: No sound isolation against the corridor (bad room door) and with no luck by having wrong people from a specific countries with a lot off alcohol you can say bay to sleep. Not complaining about the hotel but some guests from a specific place 😤

Pros: Mustafa gave us a warm welcome at reception, and Suleiman was very helpful with my reservation as I had booked two separate stays to extend our reservation and wanted to keep the same room. We were also celebrating my partner’s birthday and they were keen to help us celebrate by organising a surprise for him. The room was spacious with a nice balcony area and we had some lovely fruits set out in the room for arrival.

Pros: The food, the acquapark with slides, lots of entertainment for family with kids, the spa, the diving arrangements.

Beautifull place hotel

Pros: The hotel was wonderful in terms of welcome, food, rooms, and beach. The place is beautiful, with more than one pool and a private beach that provides everything you need. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Also, the staff, from the hotel entrance to the beach, are all wonderful, polite, and very kind. Thank you very much to all of you. I will never forget my wonderful experience with you. I will also not forget the owner of the hotel, whom we met by chance and who did not skimp on his wonderful hospitality and welcome. Thanks to Fares, an employee in the entertainment group, and to Leticia or Hiba from Algeria. Thank you all.

Cons: There is racism among some foreign residents because we are Muslim, but the hotel staff was wonderful, which made us stay at the hotel and not worry about foreigners.

Pros: Amazing hotel, multiple swimming pools to choose from, water park very close by, right next to the beach, food was very good, the staff were so kind and respectful… I never recommend a hotel, but I would definitely recommend this one :)

Pros: The staff were all of them awesome and really helpful. My flight back home was cancelled, and i had to go back to the hotel after checking out. They allowed me to enter my room again and helped me to find another flight. They allowed me also exceptionally to have an early check-in and late check out. Thank you so much again. The food is great. The aqua park was also very good.

Cons: I think the animation team and the activities could be improved. Maybe because i visited the hotel in January the outdoor activities were limited.

Amazing for relaxation and having a good time with Family and friends

Pros: *Food Varity and quality were good with cute kids' corner *Resort type hotel with a lot of green areas, kids can play freely there *Rooms sizes are decent and the view from my room was all palm trees and green space *Complementary mini bar *Attitude of the staff at the reception, super helpful and polite *Beach is soooo nice and big

Cons: rooms are not heated- but they give heaters upon request soda taste was weird- food Varity at the pool

Pros: Staff are very helpful. Beach is clear from stone compared with other places. Food is tasty and wide variety.
