I have said everything

Pros: what makes a great holiday, perhaps the weather ?, facilities ?, but these were great , however, the staff from the gardeners through every department up to the General Manager were absolutely first class, helpful and very efficient. Too many to mention by name but I class everyone of them as a friend not an employee. Never been happier after over 80 visits to Egypt

Cons: zero

Pros: Wide variety of entertainment, animations and restaurants, multiple swimming pools and water slides, great for families.

Cons: Long waits at coffee machines, limited seafood options, poor soundproofing (noisy).

Pros: Resort is close to the airport. Has beautiful beach and warm pools. There is many things for kids so its ideal for families. we really like it 😁

Cons: Bars could be open whole day. was a bit annoying that bars outside are closing at 5 am for 2 hours. If you would like to stay on the beach or pool longer you dont have nothing to drink.

Busier than usual in February but still an excellent and relaxing holiday

Pros: We have stayed here many times - but this is the first time in February, it was very busy and the hotel was at full capacity but we still have a wonderful visit. If you have any kind of problem just inform reception and they will fix it for you quickly. Staff work very hard, and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. The Ala cartes are all excellent, but the Italian is our favourite. The food in general is very good

Cons: Ten years ago the gym was incredible but there has been no further investment - bar bells are rusty, equipment is now old and out of date. A small amount of money getting 1-2 new bar bells, pull up bars and investing in some modern kit like wall balls, would be much appreciated. There are many more young children at the hotel than there used to be. Often they are allowed to run around corridors screaming by 6am/11pm or to use the reception like a playground at night. We always come to sunrise garden as it was usually a more discerning clientele but the audience is starting to resemble that of the lower cost hotels. By 7.30am every sun lounger what a towel on it. This never used to happen.

Pros: the range of different restaurants which are unlimited is amazing. The quality of the food outstanding from breakfasts , lunches and dinners. The beach and jetty areas are fantastic, lots of sun beds , the beach staff work very hard keeping it clean with very comfortable sun beds. Now about the staff these guys are the most friendly and hard working guys you will ever meet from the reception , bars, cleaners and pool guys they make this hotel very special. Don't miss out going to this hotel you wont be disappointed.

Cons: its very hard to find a negative comment, maybe entertainment around the beach area in the evening.

Pros: We truly enjoyed our stay at Sunrise garden beach . The food was tasty with great variety, the beach was clean and relaxing, and the hotel was very well maintained. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmad Eissa for his outstanding support and professionalism. We would happily visit again!

Amazing stay

Pros: We had a truly fantastic stay at Hotel Sunrise gardens! Everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options every day. The quality and taste were consistently outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Mr. Ahmad Eissa for his exceptional support and kindness. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and always available whenever we needed assistance. His professionalism truly made a difference in our experience. Overall, everything was perfect, and we would definitely return back.

Cons: Nothing at all

Pros: We liked everything, the location, the cleanliness, the food, the friendliness and helpfullness of the staff. Mr Ahmed Eissa; the reception manager is extremely helpful and friendly. He made sure that all our requests were fulfilled. I can't praise the restaurant staff enough. They have been amazing including Farouk, Mahmoud, Mohamed, Ali and Ms Boshra.

Great stay with friendly staff — we’d happily return

Pros: The hotel facilities were excellent. It will definitely be a hotel we choose again for our trip to Egypt. The rooms were always clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. The team was disciplined and always respectful towards the guests. We would also like to extend our special thanks to Mr. Moamen for his kind attention and hospitality.

Cons: There was nothing in general that we disliked. The only minor issue was that the companies they work with for daily tours can sometimes be a bit persistent with guests, but they are still understanding and reasonable.
