Sunny resets in the middle of winter

Pros: This was our second stay at this hotel. The first time, we went there through a travel agency, and this time, we booked our stay and flight through Booking.com. Upon arrival, there was a slight misunderstanding regarding the information provided by Booking.com. The hotel staff, especially the manager, were very helpful and helped resolve the issue, even taking responsibility. It was helpful and very kind. Thank you. Returning to the hotel, however, it's great, especially the very friendly, discreet, and helpful staff. The food is excellent with a wide selection, it's intimate, not too large, and has a beautiful beach. I recommend it.

Cons: The rooms need renovation and from what we saw, they are constantly being renovated in a way that does not disturb the guests

Great stay

Pros: Megahed the receptionist was the nicest, everyone else is super accomodating and helpful. But the highlight is always the food, it is Exceptional.

Better than home away from home 🥰

Pros: This resort was my reset heaven. Just lively! Amazing gardens, kitten stations, flowers, palm trees… Food is beyond generous, the beach is incredible, but most of all staff makes u feel so safe and welcomed. It is better than a home away from home 🥰

Pros: Very good location Staff were so cooperative and professional. F&B very special Rooms are old but clean and classy Beach is fantastic

Cons: Too much cats!! The main pool had stairs of sharp Marple, most of it was 200 cm depth while it is a family hotel.

Pros: I enjoyed the relaxed and spacious nature of the resort. The food options were good, and we appreciated the stations at breakfast and dinner that made on-demand eggs! The staff were helpful, and the facilities were nice. We didn't actually use the beach and pool area as we went on day trips for snorkelling and swimming, but they looked good. This was a pleasant place to relax after some of the more bustling parts of Egypt.

Cons: I'm not really used to the smoking everywhere, but that's not the fault of the resort. Australia just doesn't allow it, so I find it off-putting.

Pros: The hotel has good vibes , friendly and peaceful place. Many restaurants make it easier to have food now matter what you are doing through the day , the food was actually good .Nice beach and ofcourse the location of the hotel is perfect.

Pros: Almost everything was perfect. All the staff were very polite and helpful. Good location, great beach and food.

Cons: No WiFi in the rooms or around. Just at the lobby.

Lovely hotel

Pros: Very tasty food, many choices of meals changing daily. Beautiful beach, easy entrance to the sea, gradual descent into depth, amazing colors of the sea. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Mr. Amr Alaa from the reception. Big thanks to him.

Cons: The rooms in bungalows would deserve renovation.
